Went online to do online pickup to get keys out of the lock box, and they never set us up for the 24/7 u-haul pickup option so I had to call u-haul directly to try and get help from them. Pickup time was for 1:30pm I didn't end up getting the keys from the lock box until 2:15pm. No care in the world for customers and too lazy to even put a simple furniture dolly on the truck.
