The service was performed quickly while my children and I sat in the car. I was a bit annoyed by one of the workers during the next oil change because he was rudely complaining that he can't tolerate the smell of my perfume...I don't wear perfume. He was smelling the hand sanitizer I used after money changed hands between us. During the following oil change, I was told the car was due for a tire rotation. I asked how much for tire rotation and balance and was told they could rotate the tires but did not have the equipment to balance them. So, I went elsewhere for my tire rotation. When it comes to state safety inspections, I've noticed that during each of my last 3 inspections that they performed, they told me that my windshield wipers needed to be replaced in order to pass inspection. I gave the ok for the $15 wipers they had at the time but was told that those are sold out and they only had the $30 wipers. So that's $60 for 2 windshield wipers! Once I noticed the pattern, I made the decision to never go to Valvoline again. Apparently, that was a good move because I haven't been required to change my windshield wipers to pass the state inspection since.

Nothing terribly serious, but wouldn't it be nice if we can get it fixed *while* we're on vacation? The answer is: Yes, if we can find a place that we can trust. Second answer is: Yes, we found such a place. Third answer is: Yes, and they did a great job. I'm a fan.
