Nail tech did a great job doing my nails when I found online inspo
Jinny Y.

We came in on a late weekday about an hour before closing and got mani pedis. I gave my nail tech a quick picture of what I wanted (blush nails) and she did a great job! [See pic] Pedicures were average hence 4 stars. My friend didn't get the best massage even though 5 min massage was part of the aloe massage.

Bummed.. Only got the manicure a few days ago and my nail just fell off. Didn't go to the beach or pool or do anything crazy, it just popped off. *All of my nails fell off in less than a week.*

Had a pedicure here a couple of days prior, and it was great. So I went back for a manicure, and I wish I didn't. I'm still in disbelief I paid for this! They didn't check that the nail polish they brought did not match the one I picked. So that was a conversation through which they did not even look initially, and just proceeded to tell me once it dries it will look the same. I'm not confrontational, but I still asked later if the lady can actually shape my nails before painting them. I got a cut and she just sprayed alcohol on it and went on to paint over the bleed. She did not speak English, so her coworker kept going on about how they shape the nails after painting them. Which would have been fine, except she filed my nails on one hand over the nail bed. Then had another lady come shape my nails on my second had, and it was 2 swipes and she would ask if that was ok. Like do I really need to tell you if it is shaped or not? Can you not see it? Aren't you the professional? At that point I just wanted to leave, so I paid and left. They kept telling me they always shape the nails after painting them, so I do not know why she pretended to shape them before as well. This is not a professional manicure. The edges aren't clean, and it bubbled in some parts. I would not recommend this place for getting a manicure on your actual nails.

This is a new shop off Bragg Blvd. Jimmy (The owner) is in the process of hiring nail techs but he was great. Friendly, professional, and seems like he cares about the quality of service rendered. We had to take my previous set of nails off, that were done poorly, and I was appreciative of him doing that, instead of trying to work with what I had. I showed him a picture of what I wanted, and he delivered. I was pleased with the service and plan on returning.

Uneven around the nail bed.

Definitely will never return here. I spent $300 on 2 full sets and 2 pedicures, it was NOT worth the money at all. We got the aroma therapy pedicures because it came with a hot stone massage, callus remover, 10 minute regular massage, and more. They rushed through everything! The hot stone was literally up and down my leg once and then they were done. He applied the callus remover and then immediately did a light scrub and was done. Didn't even let it sit and soak in or try to remove the dead skin. It was not a relaxing experience like I've experienced at other nail salons when getting an upgraded service. Now the acrylics, their powder BURNS. I've been getting acrylics for YEARS and I've never had my nails burning while the powder set like it did here. Imagine gel polish curing under the light but 10x worse and I wasn't the only one making this comment. I asked for a simple colored French tip design. The guy had no idea what he was doing. My acrylic is lumpy. It took him forever to try and make the French tip design. He had to keep redoing the nails. The French tip isn't clean at all. The pink powder they use for the nail isn't matched to the skin tone at all. Everyone got the same pink color which doesn't look the best.

I've tried this location over 15 times now and every time I am disappointed. I always end up getting techs that are extremely rough and careless which results in injury to me. This last time was enough for me. I told the tech that it hurt and he said no it didn't and kept going then I started bleeding and he put OIL on it instead of something to kill bacteria. He literally took a whole chunk of skin off on one finger with a buffing block then cut the tips of my fingers with the file. I went to the owner and asked if she had antibacterial soap since there was only decorative scented soaps at all the sinks and thankfully she put some kind of cleaner on my finger but no compensation (no $ off, discount for next time, nothing.) I've tried to hard to make this my go to spot but have had stuff like this happen every single time.

I'm not sure of the tech's name, but she was amazing! She did everything she could to make sure I got what I wanted & offered suggestions to make them look even better. She was careful & sharp with her designs & polish. I normally have a good experience here, but this time I was great!

My Holiday nails!

I live going to Tip Top Nails. I've never had a bad experience here. I don't go to a specific person each time I go in, I just get whoever is free because I don't feel like waiting and the 5+ times I've been, it's always been with someone different and they always do a great job. This place was recommended to me from some coworkers, all the ladies at my job go here. It's also very clean and kempt inside as well. Expect to be there for atleast 2 hours if you're getting your feet and hands done.

I've tried to make this place my spot for a really long time and every time I go it's very inconsistent. There's only two tecs that do a good job and even then the nails only last 1-1/2 weeks this last time I went this lady ripped off my entire thumbnail Was not gentle didn't even apologize and my dip is already coming off

Definitely took a chance and walked away with my nails looking like this

My experience in this salon was the worst I have ever had in a salon. My tech was rude, very unprofessional and after two hours I left very upset. I have real nails and the pictures attached will display just how terrible my experience was. My nails were left rough and my one nail was cracked and eventually broke within hours. When I asked for my money back I was basically told there was nothing they could do, I was givin a gift certificate for 20.00. The customer service was unreal. If you go to this salon you are seriously taking a chance. They are also overpriced. I would highly recommend letting your child do your nails before you would take a chance at a good paint job!!

I will definitely be a regular here! They just opened in early July and I have received two very well done gel manicures and one pedicure. I had Tiffany on one visit and June on another- both very thorough work, nice conversation, great service all around. The place is extremely clean and everyone is so welcoming. Highly recommend giving it a try!

The place is absolutely gorgeous. The nail tech took her time on both my nails and my pedicure. They offered me soda or water. Made sure I was happy with the services! I will be going back for all my mani pedi needs. They're so clean and professional!

What a relief to find a great waxing service in Fayetteville!…read more Quick- check! Minimal pain- check! Good hygiene- check! G'nique's facilities are small, but clean, comfortable, and cozy. She's super friendly and makes you comfortable during the process. I was finished in about 15 minutes. She's good about checking with you whether you're comfortable, if you've had certain wax services before, if you're comfortable with the wax temperature, getting off any possible stray pieces of wax, etc... When we were finished, I asked her to remove a few strands of stray hair around my belly button and she was more than happy to oblige. Best of all, no tweezing needed at the end. I pay more for a Brazilian wax with her than I did back in Cali, but not by much. She's about $5 -$10 more, But for good reliable service, she's worth it. I checked in on Yelp and received a $5 discount. Savings are savings! Her prices are on her website, as well as in her shop, which I appreciate. Recommendation: She only takes appointments. No walk-ins. She's a one woman show and she's told me that almost all of her clients are currently wax clients, so she hasn't had time for couple's massages. In other words, she's busy, so definitely call her ahead of time! Final Answer- Definitely coming back!

I came here to get my second Brazilian wax ever . G'Nique was very through and confident throughout…read morethe whole process. I felt comfortable. It did feel a little rushed at times but I knew she was busy that day. The wax itself she used hard wax for certain areas and soft wax for others. I've noticed the places where soft wax was used hair is starting to grow back (about 2 weeks). But I think that's part of the learning process since I'm still new at this. Overall I am going back and would recommend.
