The worst most uncompassionate vet I've ever encountered. My cat has been fighting an abscess for a…read moreweek and took a turn for the worse on Labor day. I called his emergency line. He answered rudely and the first thing he asked me is if I will have the emergency fee. How on earth do I know what that is? So I ask him what it is and he isn't even sure himself and roughly throws out a $300 estimate. He doesn't even mute me while he tells his wife "I'm going to take care of this cat then I will come back and get started cooking." He asks how long before I make it there and I tell him about 20 minutes. I load up my distressed cat and when I'm 2 minutes from his building he calls me and yells "ARE YOU ALMOST HERE?" I Said I'm 2 minutes away!' And he hung up on me! Once I get there he looks him over, takes his temp etc and tells me he's going to prescribe an antibiotic and to inject it straight into his wound and let it run out. I ask him if it will help him and that I was worried about his labored breathing. He proceeded to tell me "no,he's on his way out. His body temperature is at 98° and he has a 5% chance of survival" WHAT?! I'm so distraught at this point crying etc while this man has absolutely no remorse or caring bedside manor at all. It's clear he wants to get home as soon as possible. So I give him back the antibiotics and tell him I want to put my cat down,I don't want to take him home and give him antibiotics when he's actively dying and suffering. He kind of huffed and puffed but agreed. I put my cat on the table and his gives him the syringe to put him to sleep and my cat is fighting hard to live. After about 5 minutes he gives him another syringe. Mind you I'm balling this entire time. I point out how much he's fighting to stay alive. He checks my cat for a heartbeat (my cat is still moving, panting, and breathing) when he sticks what I can only assume is embalming fluid (a fat syringe of fluid) directly into his stomach. After my cat has passed he has me literally drop my cat INTO A TRASH BAG and then he DROPS THE TRASH BAG ON THE FLOOR. and charged me $300. Not once did he give condolences or even seem remorseful. Completely cold and stone faced the entire time. I would not take my animal to him if you paid me!

Long post, but worth the read if you care about your fur baby and want somewhere that cares for you…read moreand your animal. I took my pup here twice and I will NEVER go back or recommend to anyone. A couple of days before my second appointment for puppy shots I called because my pup was having itchy ears and constantly shaking his head. The receptionist told me they could not fit me in before my appointment for his shots. I said that was fine and I would continue using Benadryl if I had no other options. She called back quickly and let me know they had a same-day cancellation and could see him for his shots AND his itchy ears. She told me they would be able to look at his ears and treat them after his shots. I rushed around and took the entire afternoon off of work to get it taken care of, as any pet owner would. I got there and I sat in the room alone with my pup for longer than I even saw the vet, which was right in line with how my first appointment also went. The vet came in and after assessing him said she was going to give him the shots and shave his belly due to some light irritation from urine on it. As she was doing this she said that we could look at the schedule for a light sedation and ear cleaning/treatment. I am too nice of a person to get rude at appointments, but I was quite surprised by this as I had been told we were doing it all that same day and I drove 30 mins plus took off of work specifically for his itchy ears. She rushed me out to the front desk, seeing her was less than 5 full minutes, and told them she could "squeeze me in on top of other appts another day because it wouldn't take long." ....but she couldn't do it the same day I was already there AND scheduled? What? I said I wanted a Saturday due to work and the front desk woman went back to ask the vet, who said no to Saturday. She scheduled me for an afternoon and then a lady from the back came up to say, in front of me, that they would all be "out" that weekday so I had to do a different day. I was told I could drop my 12-week old, not completely kennel trained, pup off and leave him for the day, all while I could hear a dog barking and crying from the back in a kennel... the place gave me as an adult anxiety, no thank you for my puppy. The front desk woman acted like I was being ridiculous when I declined to do that due to kennel training being in progress. The entire interaction with the front desk was condescending and off-putting after an already off-putting experience with the vet. On top of all of that, once I got home, I checked my puppy and the vet had CUT HIS STOMACH WHEN SHE SHAVED HIM. I noticed a small amount of blood and turned out she had nicked his stomach. Also, at my first appt they were an entire hour behind. I was extremely understanding and did not mind one bit as I knew they were helping animals. When I got into the room with the vet, I felt rushed and got a vibe that she did not truly care about my animal. Turns out that vibe was correct after my second appt. There are only two employees there that seem warm and welcoming and I truly hope they find better employment, as I cannot see this place lasting long with the service and other reviews I've now read.
