I rented 5 tables and 30 chairs for my son's first birthday party. I was impressed by their price,…read more$75 including delivery and pick up. So I booked them. They were pretty responsive via Yelp message and via text. I had to take off some stars though because on the day of delivery, I was told that they would come around late morning to early afternoon. When they haven't showed up around 2 pm, I called and was promised at 3 pm. After 2 other phone calls, to confirm the order, they ended up showing up at 5 pm. Thank goodness it was the day prior to the event so we had time to finish the decor. I was still irked since I had to wait all day just for them to deliver these items while I could have done other errands while waiting. Secondly, when we were setting up the tables and chairs, there were soils in between the chairs that fell out when we were unfolding them and getting them ready. So I'm not sure if these chairs has been wiped thoroughly or even checked before they sent them over to us. The conditions of the tables and chairs were also pretty sad. They were pretty beat with a lot of scuff marks and some chairs were missing the rubber part in the bottom. Lol even when we put our tablecloth over the table, the scuff mark were still visible. (Our tablecloth were yellow), so make sure you get a non see through tablecloth if you book with Kika's party supply. And lastly, for pick up, they were adamant that they could pick up after the event, but when I contacted them, they were behind on orders and asked if I was available the next day. Well, experiencing the delivery time just a day prior, I asked for a 9 am pick up since I really can't be waiting all day again. They came at 9.40 am for the pick up. Overall, great price for tables and chairs if you were to have your event for a park, not a house party. I did appreciate the responsiveness, but they do need to work on being more timely.

I was planning a quinceanera and wanted to see a showroom and some color options for tablecloths. Sandra invited me to see their showroom and made an arrangement for me to see it on a weeknight as I don't work in the area and have a long commute. My wife and I checked out the showroom and liked some options there. We ran through a list of items to quote but were unsure how many tables we would be able to fit in my dog-bone shaped backyard. Sandra and Henry came out a week later to check it out and we made some decisions and paid a deposit. We rented 8 round tables, tablecloths and overlays; 64 chairs and napkins; a 12' X 12' dance floor; 3 large ice chests; a coffee percolator; and string lights. They delivered a day before the party and set up the string lights and dance floor for us and we set up the rest. We had everything we needed and everything worked out as planned. I wish I had taken pictures of the yard before the party started as I was cleaning up to the last minute since Amazon cleaning services failed to show up the day before. Henry showed up the next morning to take the stuff back. I would definitely use them again as they had great customer service, were prompt and on-time and returned telephone calls and text messages. Five stars!
