I sent the owner, David a message through Yelp along with a photo of my tv stand. He asked me when I would be available and I told him today, 03/18/21 after 10:00am. His response, he could be here at 12:00 so we both agreed and I thanked him. Today was suppose to be my appointment but unfortunately David never showed up or called. I called him at 12:12 today and asked if he was still coming to give me an estimate, his response he didn't remember scheduling it for today. What??? I had to breakdown our conversation from yesterday through yelp messaging. He started asking me questions again about what I needed done. Are you kidding me? No apologies. As a business owner, he needs to keep better records or at least review his messages and offer an apology. His solution was to hang up in my face. I tried calling him back but he didn't answer. I will never do business with his company. We all make mistakes but hanging up on a potential customer and not being organized is not a good first impression.

My husband met with the inspector and got the 411 directly from him and we were very pleased with his performance as well as Scheduling and Billing. They were down an employee due to maternity leave and Julie the Co-Owner went the extra mile, promptly calling me back from the car making sure that our call was treated with importance instead of me having to wait too long when I could have moved onto another company I was given as a referral. I had called another company after leaving a message that was cheaper but it was a nationwide corporate company and I prefer Mom & Pop operations as there is often more attention to detail, accountability, flexibility, agility, they are better at answering questions and in my opinion rarely say "I don't know" if they can help it. They strive for the best customer service experience. I don't mind paying for good service. Blackland was the 1st choice recommendation from our Arlington Area Realtor and for good reason.
