Very professional and beautifully done! Tonight was their annual Dance Recital also at Elsinore, and it also was so impressive!! Sara hasn't aged in 20 years, & is still SO sweet to the children. It rains so rarely where I live, it'd be a shame to be indoors all day. It'd be rad if they could open the roof on sunny warm days. Do I ask for too much? Imagine a really good indoor play structure. Like 3+ levels high! A small play area for tiny kids. Some video arcades and such. Some adult games like corn hole, shuffleboard table, darts, and such. A full restaurant and bar! A few cabana-type small rooms for parties or whatever. And it's not too loud!!! I was worried an indoor play area would be excruciatingly noisy, and not well ventilated. It seems like the space is big enough to suppress the kids' yelling, but not so big that the echoes impose. I guess the large space also helps keep the air from feeling stale, maybe they have added ventilation. The bathrooms are kinda small and I had to walk outside the main play area through the small lobby. The food is good, and they have a wide selection of beverages--including adult beverages! Free parking lot. The price is about what I'd expect for an indoor play structure, when we need to get out from the rain. PLUS there's all the other stuff. I guess the money I spend on food and beverage helps keep it open. I had fun cruising through the play structure with my 7yo and my 1-1/2yo. Some adults were conversing in groups, or alone engulfed in a book. If you have kids, go. If you choose to give a thumbs-up or not, I hope you found my review helpful!

It was displayed on the computer screen, which was easily viewed by ANYONE walking past. Since I had been a member previously, my personal information was on the computer: Driver's License info (which I did NOT provide) insurance info, social security number, address, phone number and more. I was shocked and concerned about the lack of respect for a member's information. When I asked about corporate security in place against breech of information there was no reassurance. I did not return to renew membership.

I don't like payments made through a credit card. It isn't how I do my personal finances. But there was no room for movement on their part. I tried using the facilities for about a year and a half. I certainly did not feel like I was part of the clientele that they draw in. I was part of the working class poor during my 50 years of employment and the staff and clients all gave me the feeling I was out of place. The more elite class seems to be what this establishment draws. I was there just to make them feel like they were "slumming it." I should have known when they charge a much higher fee to use their facilities just because they have aquatic facilities. When I was told by someone that the club had refused to close during the peak of COVID and had to be forced to close for the safety of the general public that was enough to tell me that this business cares nothing about our health. Just our money. I worked the front lines in healthcare during that pandemic and watched as loved ones could not even see their family member as they succumbed to the virus. Perhaps if the owners of said club spent a day in an ICU unit as a million Americans died they would have a change of heart but you have to have a heart to change first. This obviously is just my opinion of the place.
