The bartender was on point all night (Kels) quick, attentive, and somehow still made it feel personal even when things got busy. You can tell they actually care about their craft, not just pouring drinks but creating an experience. Every recommendation hit. Drinks were balanced, creative, and consistent--no shortcuts, no guesswork. On top of that, the energy they brought completely changed the vibe of the place. Friendly without being overbearing, professional without being stiff... just the right mix. It's rare to come across someone who can run a bar and make everyone feel like a regular at the same time. The food was okay just a little bland - I don't recommend the bolognese, but the mashed potatoes and asparagus were pretty good. The bartenders make incredible raspberry mules though! Overall, I had a good time, I just wasn't super impressed with the actual casino part.
