The day of the install was right on time and Hernan (Site Supervisor) was first to arrive then Angelo and his crew of installers followed. We have had a lot of work done on our home since we bought it 30+ years ago. Angelo and the installers were the hardest workers I have ever had do work my home They worked all day until dusk, then they cleaned up the area before they left. (they were done in 6 days). We are extremely happy with the way the siding looks. We would (150%) recommend Adam Quenneville, their customer service and workmanship are top notch. Their quote was reasonable and they had the gutters in black. They arrived at the appointed time and were fast. They asked a few questions and got to work. Only thing people may find issue with is that I was finding screws on the ground for a while, but I have worked carpentry and know that small things get dropped when getting work done. They otherwise cleaned up any aluminum scraps and debris. Gutters look and work great! Price couldn't be beat! I would recommend them.

We moved to Connecticut in 1987 and bought a house that was built in 1972…read more The house had many features that may have been in style for the time, but to our eyes had become dated- like dark paneling, sand swirl ceilings, and tons of wallpaper. The downstairs bathroom was the worst offender -it had a gaudy wallpaper with big block letters that spelled out words like "Groovy" and "Love". Definitely a Peter Max-like look that would have been right at home in 1972. My wife and I covered up that atrocious wallpaper with new wallpaper soon after we moved in, but since neither of us really knew what we were doing, the "new" wallpaper looked mighty sad. This year, we are righting some of the ill effects of Father Time and doing some renovations, one room at a time. We started with that godawful downstairs bathroom. We were familiar with the Tetraults through a work connection, and when we saw some examples of his craftsmanship, well we reached out for his opinion and an estimate to bring that cursed bathroom into the 21st century. Chris did a magnificent job for us. He removed both layers of wallpaper, repaired some crummy drywall, replaced some old fashioned and dated door and window trim, Installed vinyl plank flooring, drywalled the ceiling, installed some gorgeous beadboard on the walls, and added nice accents of colonial trim crown, base, and corner  moldings, fixed a tight, sticking door, replaced the hinges and door handle as well as the old window lock, gave everything a fresh paint job and hung a new towel ring and toilet paper holder! The room is magnificent, and I love the little things he did, like swapping out the door hardware that was old and dated for spiffy new brushed nickel pieces. Chris was dependable, super polite and efficient, was a terrific communicator, and really made the entire project a pleasure. We have two more bathrooms, the front entry, and a laundry room in the queue for more work with him. A few years ago I contacted them to clean my gutters but also install gutters on my garage. They sent me an estimate electronically, I signed the contract and they did the job shortly thereafter. Aside from the clean (and new) gutters, you wouldn't have even known they were at my house. This year I needed the gutters cleaned again and didn't hesitate to contact RIO. Oh and RIO sent me a reminder via email, reminding me that I should get my gutters cleaned but also giving a list of their other services (power washing, roof washing, tree services). Again I was able to engage them via their website, received the quote quickly, approved it, scheduled the date. Well the date came and they guys didn't come out but Gabriel called me saying that they got hung up on another job and it was getting late and dark out and he said he didn't want them to do my job in the dark (makes sense). He said that the guys could get hurt or miss some clean up. I appreciated that. A quick reschedule occurred. I really, really dig the electronic contract, quote, appointment and such. That's my kind of contractor. Check them out. I think you'll hire them too.
