Sometimes I come to a particular restaurant to try a particular dish, and it totally sucks when they've run out of it. With that said, there are a lot of shortages in the world in general right now due to staff or whatever, so I can't really blame the restaurant if they've ordered stock and they can't get it. With that said, while I really wanted (and came for) the Buffalina Fritta, I instead ordered the Kingfish Crudo which was really, really good. Very delicious and fresh, but I could have had seconds and thirds of that, lol. For main, I got the duck, which was also fantastic, but the most excellent part of the entire meal was the chocolate dessert (which I see is already off the menu). It was SO beautifully presented and tasted incredible.
Would I come back? Yes, I would. The only real negative I have, is that in exceptionally fine print, they noted a surcharge on Sundays (which is a pain in the butt), which we didn't see until the bill came. When you're dealing with expensive food, the surcharge adds up pretty quick, so I didn't like that. But the service and food are worth the trip, and yes I do recommend it here (Just maybe any other day than Sunday). read more
