My daughter has been begging me to get her ears pierced for months and months, but she's a cheerleader in school, and needed time to heal before I would allow it. Well, cheer is over for now, so I caved. This place is extremely cheap, so I was apprehensive at first, but my friend had her daughters piercings done here, and she turned out great. The guy who did it was funny, quick, but precise. I appreciated how he talked her through it and kept going side to side to make sure they were even before doing the job. I am planning on going back for more. The vibe is typical tattoo shop vibes. Nothing fancy. read more

Tip Top Tattoo - Ear piercing - Piercing Near Me - Port Richey, Florida

Took my friend to get her nipples pierced. Called last minute and he accommodated us without hesitation. Ended up getting those done plus her belly button. Service was professional, clean, and efficient. This is a newer business and the owner is awesome. Highly recommend! Also has a specialty focused black and white tattoo artist. Work looks impressive! read more

Never given them my business. If you want a regrettable tattoo I recommend! The tattoo artist, a man with long, stringy mousy brown hair Portland skinny man was very rude. I was planning on getting one according to my budget as I am moving. But a hard no. Didn't even look at me or engage besides his phone. Tattoo artists are in general arrogant without deserving or earning that badge. Have a little compassion for your fellow man. Some tattoo artist was going to get lucky with a big pay day for not much work. Didn't hear me out. Too bad. read more

Always great customer service! Love the staff! Looking forward to getting my snake bites done today! Kyle did a great job on my dermal piercings on my cheeks. I love this little place. Also a great place for ink. They have a very steady and light handed artist name Jose. He is a real sweetheart. They always have a hell of a deal going on down at tip top tattoo. Dont be afraid to check em out! read more

I'm only giving this shop 1 star because I can't give 0. Place is HORRIBLE! So many bad experiences! I went to get a VCH piercing from Kyle, and bad an appointment but when we got there he wasn't there. His phone was there but he he had "run out for a minute" so I went outside to wait. 15 minutes later he finally pulled up with someone to get dropped off, but first they parked in the alley for 10 more minutes before he got out and the truck left. I could INSTANTLY tell he was high as a kite! I asked a simple question about the piercing, and I had done countless hours of research, but when Kyle tried to explain it and even tried to draw it, not only was his answer wrong, but he kept slurring his words and his hands were shaking while trying to draw a horrible example of the procedure! Then he pulls out a tray of extremely low quality, non sterile belly button rings and asks me which one I want to be pierced with for my VCH! I left. No way in been am I letting some guy high out of his mind shaking out a needle and a 10 year old belly button ring in my most precious part of my body! I should have known! Prior to this my mom went in to get a tattoo and the tattoo artist fell asleep "nodded out!" In the middle of the tattoo! It was a small tattoo that should have taken at most 20-30 minutes. The guy was so strung out and couldn't keep his eyes open and it took over an hour! Twice he nodded out and the tattoo machine slipped and left random lines outside of the tattoo! Then to top it off the tattoo got infected! Not surprisingly because the shop is far from a sterile working place! If you care at all about yourself or your health or how your piercings or tattoos look, do NOT go to Tip Top! You will 100000000% regret it! Stay away from this shop and anyplace associated with it if you're smart! read more

Got my belly button and my nose pierced and my best friend got her belly button done. Our piercings rejected because they were pierced too shallow (the belly buttons) our piercer Kyle explained everything very well but isn't easy to have conversation with. read more

"Hi, so I went in on Friday the 13th (which obviously is completely understandable that it was going to be busy as hell and I'd have to wait, I wasn't worried about that at all) so I took my friend and went to the shop and it wasn't really that busy. (This was pretty early that I went) So I heard about your specials on the prices since it was Friday the 13th so I decided I wanted to go in to get a daith piercing. I was asking the kid helping me what kind of jewelry goes into it because I didn't know what I would have to buy and he was polite and had no problem helping but he isn't really experienced with any piercings at all I'm guessing because he had asked someone else to come over which was fine. (The inexperienced guy was really sweet) and there was also a woman at the counter who was really nice talking about something she wanted to do with her ear piercings, helping us look at jewelry and what not so I was excited to get it done and then the guy brings (who I'm guessing is the guy who does piercings??) I think his name was Kyle. So I was going to ask him a couple of questions really quick to figure out how much it's going to cost and how I was going to tell him what I wanted in the first place so I first asked him what jewelry went into it and I can already tell he was just really annoyed and so he told me what went in it and then I asked what a regular cartilage piercing would cost since it wasn't on the sheet with all the prices and he like flipped out about how there are 60 people waiting for tattoos and piercings. (there were like 10 people waiting on stuff, there was no line at the door when we went in or anything) and how he can't answer every single little question I had and how about try asking him all at once instead of bugging him more than once for questions I had (which made no sense because the other guy literally brought him over so I could ask him those questions and I was asking one after another) and he ended up not even answering the question in the first place and he was very rude about it. So he's still at the counter and the really nice lady (also working behind the counter) that was helping us look at jewelry and offering advice before had a pen that ran out of ink and said "this pens not working I'm going to throw it out" and he flipped shit on her telling her not to announce that she threw out a pen because it is annoying and he has no time to listen to that because you guys were busy. It was just really uncomfortable and he wasn't only a d bag to me and my friend but also people working and helping at the shop so I just walked out and decided never mind because I'm not going to give my money supporting someone who doesn't have common courtesy or manners and treats people like dog s***" This was my review on Facebook. Dustin privately messaged me asking me why I had a 1 star review and just as I was going to reply he had posted on the page broadcasting my name publicly about my low review. When I tried to defend myself and explain why I reviewed it the way I did he deleted all of my comments and my friends comments who had gotten a crooked nose piercing from this place who was also upset about the incident. They kept my name on the page and it was highly unprofessional. I would not recommend going to this dump. There are better, more qualified and respectful tattoo artists and shops. read more
