I got my nosed pierced there at the beginning of January 2022, and everyone there is so nice! Rylie pierced my nose and explained everything thoroughly. My nose piercing became irritated and I had a bump on my piercing. A few weeks went by and it didn't get better so I went and saw Rylie again. She had me wait two weeks again to see if it would go down, but this time use tea tree oil. It didn't seem to work and when I came back two weeks later she asked me to wait two weeks AGAIN (for some reason). I did that and it still didn't get better. I came back at the end of that 2 weeks and she told me to wait 2 weeks again.... It was so swelled and discharging. I ordered a titanium piercing online and replaced it myself. It went away so quickly. Id go somewhere else for better after care, even though they are nice there. It was strange she kept sending me away. Try H2Ocean for bumps!! read more

This place is one of the worst places to get your tattoos from. I received three sessions for a sleeve I planned on getting by Mike Crump after waiting over 6 months on a waitlist from his previous tattoo shop before he moved over to Engima. On my 2nd session he worked in one spot for over 5 hours and overworked the area resulting in an infection the next day I messaged him and let him know. I went in the next month and instead of fixing that spot he started a different spot instead and when I asked when are we going to fix the other spot he ignored me. Well months went by and when I had some time off I messaged him months in advanced to get something scheduled and he said he would get me in and taken care of. After messaging him for 2 months with a weekly message he just straight up ignored me and left me with this faded shit looking tattoo. I never received my deposit and I tipped him $100 each session so I have no clue why he decided to just ignore me and not fix the piece that was screwed up. Again I would never recommend this place to anyone. They don't give a shit about their customers and they're is a lot of other places to go to that actually give a shit about their customer base. read more

I was recommended Mike Crump from a previous coworker/friend a year or so ago; because I admired her sleeve she had done and I had been looking for someone to do something similar. Honestly for a few years prior before I lost my boy, and needless to say I'm half way through my sleeve process now with Crump and I could not be any happier with the outcome so far. Not only did Mike fit me into his schedule when I walked in the beginning of January (which let me tell you, I saw his calendar. . that shit was full and I thought I was going to have to wait over six months; needless to say I'm thankful), his free hand work is remarkable. He has gone beyond my expectations along with covering up a previous tattoo and fixing another in the process (I wanted my sleeve to be a remembrance of my husky, whom I lost to pancreatic cancer three years ago; so with only being able to provide old photos - Crump is heaven sent to be able to bring my idea to life and I cannot wait have it finished). Along with the others who work there, they have all been friendly and professional. They followed up to confirm my bookings, along with Crump following up himself, before my appointment and after to make sure I'm healing okay. He also provided this new healing bandage that is waterproof. An let's just say it definitely makes a difference and a whole lot easier of after care and healing process then my other tattoos I had done in the past. Let me start by saying I never actually made it in to receive a service because the telephone etiquette and customer service from the woman that answered the phone completely turned me away. I made a call for a simple jewelry change. She starts by saying the don't usually do that. I informed her that I had previously spoken with someone about coming by for the service. I was placed on a brief hold and then she returned saying that their would be a ten dollar charge for "every tool he has to open up" I asked to clarify if that's that total price for the jewelry change or if that's a charge on top of the fee to change she then stated that I can change the jewelry myself. A fee for a jewelry change is standard this not my first time receiving or inquiring about this type of service. A standard charge is 5-10 dollars and it is polite to tip the piercer as well. The fee is not the issue it was the tone and manner the information was delivered. My husband and I just moved here so we're trying find quality places to get the services we did back home it was very unfortunate to have had this experience. As a business one of the biggest downfalls is losing a customer before they even walk through the door. Persons answering the phone should be polite, hospitable, and knowledgeable about the business. read more

Close is by far the best tattoo artist out there! Has done every single one of my tattoos but one (total of 9 so far) and I would not trust anyone else with it.
