Went for a nose piercing and a small tattoo. Van, I believe was his name, is the one that waited on me. The nose piercing was a mess! The pain experienced with this piercing was very intense. He missed getting the stud in the first time (you know right after your nose is pierced) so I was bleeding all over the place and he ending up cutting the lower part of my nostril which also bled. He told me to hold a paper towel over it until the bleeding clotted but not to put pressure on it. Last I knew, if you are bleeding you need to put pressure on it to stop the bleeding but hey, what do I know. Anyway, because the stud didn't make it in the first time, it felt like I was going through the whole process again only this time it felt like my nostril was being ripped out while he was placing the stud. I also found out later that the stud was not placed correctly. I've given birth and the pain I felt with this piercing came in a close second. Now for the tattoo. I wanted a small tattoo, since it was my very first one I thought the size of a quarter or smaller would be best for me. Well, this guy pretty much refused to do anything smaller than a half dollar. Telling me that small tattoos look distorted. I went ahead and got the half dollar sized tattoo and that got screwed up too. Part of it is missing and another part of it looks like a blob. Very very very disappointed. I had to go to another tattoo/piercing artist the next day to have them correct the nose piercing. Let me tell you, that place knew what they were doing - very little pain and no blood. I'm also gonna probably have them fix my tattoo because I am NOT going back to see Van. So in essence I had my left nostril pierced three times just to get the ONE I had originally wanted and my very first tattoo looks unfinished. I paid $70 for the tattoo and $70 for the first piercing and had to pay another shop $60 to correct what this guy had done. Not a happy customer at all! I would highly suggest steering clear of this guy, have someone else at the Tattoo Company do your work unless you wanna leave traumatized. read more
