I ordered a sympathy arrangement meant to be delivered on a certain date which it wasn't. The flowers were then delivered the next day after the person had already left the town. I called the shop and they picked them up and promised me a refund. It has now been two weeks without a refund or a word from the shop. I wouldn't order here the flowers that came late were dead as well. Beautiful arrangement, but dead. If you squeeze the lower head of a rose, and it isn't tight at all, the longevity of the rose is gone. Each rose almost fell apart, just at the touch of it. I chose Tiny's Flowers because my husband stopped in there and placed a huge floral arrangement for me and they were beautiful, over the top. So I decided I would use placed an order online for sympathy arrangement, I tried to place the order online and it said it here was a problem. I thought it didn't go through. So I did a new order with a plant. When I checked my email, there were 2- orders. I immediately called the shop and informed the staff of the 2- orders and to cancel the first order, I want to keep the 2nd order. The young lady said ok, they will refund it. Fast forward to today? My credit card show 2- charges. I call and Tiny says both orders were delivered. She never received the message to cancel the order. She didn't offer a partial refund.,nor a store credit, nor a discount on next order. Nothing was offered. Needless to say, they will not receive anymore business from me or my husband. read more

You can tell the effort that they put into it and the little extras they added as the lettering on the paper was hand written. The flowers were so fresh, so full and absolutely gorgeous! Thank you so much for putting together such a beautiful bouquet for her just because surprise. It definitely pays to support a "small business". This is true customer service, unfortunately things happen. I learned a valuable lesson not to order flowers through an online service it was a complete nightmare. Very rude on the phone. I got their number off of a list and was told to google and find out about them if I wanted to do business with them. Then when I go to google their website has very little info. I guess they don't need that much business if the lady on the phone had that much time to be rude. read more

Ordered flowers for a funeral with almost a week's notice. Flowers never arrived to the funeral. No reason given at all. Only options given were 1) refund & no flowers or 2) flowers delivered to the home after the funeral but no refund. I receive an email later stating they attempted to deliver to the home but nobody was home. LIES. the house with FULL OF PEOPLE WITH THE FRONT DOOR OPEN. I call again and they say they'll "try" to redeliver. Fast forward to the next late morning (27 hours after delivery was supposed to be made) and the flowers are finally delivered. I went into this shop a few weeks ago to order some flowers for an event as a gift; that I needed that same day. Let me tell you, the flowers I received were AMAZING!! Absolutely beautiful!! We asked the funeral home director for a reference for Floral Arrangements and she referred us to Tiny's Flowers. We scheduled an appointment and dreaded it until we met "Tiny". She was very knowledgeable, pleasant, and full of compassion. She guided us through the process and accommodated all our special requests. Her prices were reasonable and when the arrangements were delivered (on time) we were very pleased. Working with Tiny's Flowers was very easy and a pleasure despite going through a very difficult time for me and my family. I bought a groupon for this business. I called to place an order and spoke to Tanya, who was very rude. She insisted that the groupon was for another offer. What I purchased is spelled out very clearly on the offer I purchased. Instead of answering my question, she just repeating the same wrong information. She encouraged me to cancel the groupon, rather than honor it and actually make sure I had a good experience. This was an order for my daughter's anniversary. My son and girlfriend were out of town for my birthday so they had flowers sent to me. Tiny's was the nearest shop when they looked on-line. They were told that the arrangement would arrive before 1pm, well it didn't arrive until after 4pm, no big deal, I mean they did arrive the day they were supposed to. Well, the arrangement looked absolutely nothing like the picture that was on the website, I mean ABSOLUTELY NOTHING LIKE IT!! I had called to let Tiny's know about it and her immediate reaction was to blame 1800Flowers, saying that they had sent the supplies for the arrangement but had put them outside and they were all dried out and could not be used. She had said that she needed to go to the store and buy new flowers to make the arrangement. Well, I'm not sure where she went to buy these extra flowers but there were barely any flowers in the arrangement at all, it was mostly greens and the flowers that were in it were already drooping and dying. When I started to say that good money was spent on this and it is very sad looking, her solution was "If you're not happy with it we'll come pick it back up and issue your son a full refund". I said yes to that considering she didn't want to hear anything I had to say. They had called me before coming to pick up the arrangement, to make sure that I was home. I had asked, "did you issue the refund and was it for the full amount like you had said?" She had told me that she couldn't discuss that with me because that is personal credit card information. Um, ok, I wasn't asking about the credit card, I was making sure that my son was getting his money back. Well, turns out that they DID NOT issue a full refund. They refunded the amount of the arrangement but not the delivery fee and some supposed 1800Flowers fee (by the way, I called 1800Flowers and they said that they do not charge any such fees). So, Tiny took her dead, greenery of an arrangement back and kept $20 from my son. Not exactly sure what she's going to do with the arrangement that they left at my house for 2 days before picking it up, but if someone gets a purple rose arrangement that is dead, sorry for you. read more
