They are such warm, kind, inviting and caring individuals. Most of them are moms and treat the children like they are their own. It feels great to know my baby is in great hands and well cared for. Now that she can talk she tells us all about her friends at school and what she did that day. She talks about her teachers and how she loves them and they are her friends. It melts my heart. We love that they offer healthy food for the kiddos. They have fun events, parties and each day has a theme - wacky hair or mismatch day. They are very accommodating and easy to work with. She learns so much, has a great vocabulary and she's very social and this is all due to KinderCare!

The director Missy called me with the school nurse on speaker advising me that my daughter had been having accidents and that she was a "health hazard". Mind you it was only communicated on one single occasion at pick up that she had an accident. $5200 for the summer for two kids and I have to hear that my toddler is a health hazard. I explained again on the phone that she needs extra time on the potty and was told they were not able to accommodate that and refused to accommodate her. This is a THREE YEAR OLD CHILD. Completely disgusting treatment of my child and an absolutely disgusting approach regarding a pre-schooler's toilet training.

I cannot speak more highly of the staff; they are all extremely attentive to each and every child who enters the school. Every staff member takes the safety of all children very seriously, so I never had to worry about my son's safety! Barbra is a nasty woman to have to deal with. She is very conniving and spiteful. When you first…read moremeet her she would lead you to thinking she is nice but then you quickly find out her true nature. She yells at you to quickly close the door when coming in so you don't let the heat out. And yells at the children in the morning during drop off to sit down (they have to sit the whole time until the other teachers come in) and be quiet. They are all crammed into one room from the little 18 month of babies to the big 5 year olds. And should you be a day late in payment be prepared to be humiliated. You can either chose to pay a late fee or buy bagels for all the teachers in the school and she announces to everyone how you were late. Building seems to be falling apart and should your child be in one of the upstairs classrooms they are not aloud to go number 2 in that bathroom because the toilet easily clogs. They are forced to go all the way down stairs to the infant room. My son would come home each day with such a belly ache because he was too embarrassed to use the other bathroom. Can you blame him? I certainly wouldn't want to announce to all my co-workers when I needed to have a bowel movement. There are so many more options out there and I highly recommend you seek them out.

She tells parents the kids need therapy when they are doing normal developmental behaviors. Instead of teaching the behaviors that should be used (ie not hitting, throwing toys) they punish the kids and make the kids feel like they are bad. She calls the parent of the child that got hit to pin the parent against other parents. When the daycare opened, the teachers were great and taught the kids. All those teachers left after the first year the school was opened. Now there is no learning and only playing. I wouldn't recommend this school to anyone!

The owners along with the entire staff are such kind, special and highly qualified people who really do care and give individual attention to each child and their respective families. Bloom offers a challenging and motivating curriculum, fun activities that are age appropriate and flexible schedules. They also have additional, external services and activities conveniently offered to the children onsite (i.e. Speech, Dance and Amazing Athletes to name a few.). We highly recommend Bloom Academy to everyone and anyone. We will be sad to see our daughter graduate this upcoming school year but we will always cherish the moments and memories that Bloom has given us.
