Once approval to do the job was given, Jimmy ordered the part, for which I paid $660. and labor of $1,000. to install. Upon completion of the job, the problem still existed. Because the pump was not the problem, I requested that Jimmy give me the pump which he removed, instead he drove off with it. I called numerous times, only to be able to leave a message requesting he return the pump. It has been since May 5th and still not heard from him or seen the part. $1,660. later and not the issue.
