We called for an estimate yesterday and were given an appointment for today. Raul & Jose arrived at our home and gave an estimate for the work we wanted done. It was more than reasonable and they said one set of slider were OK , showing some wear but still function so to save us some money Raul said call us when they get worse . We had a pair of sliders off our dining room that have been inoperable for years. Another company said we needed a contractor to replace the frame and doors. Raul said he could make repairs that would at least get the doors functional. And he did! We had had them do the two doors they said could wait for repair just to be proactive. We had been trying to get a window company out for a month to repair our windows. Would never call us back and never called or texted to update us on the status of our job. My husband saw Slider Genie ad on TV and called right away. Left a message and literally 2 minutes later they called us back. This was on a Monday. They came today to fix our main slider that was very difficult to open and close. We have large dual patio doors and the other side had been caulked closed because there was such a gap when the door was closed that bugs could get in. They removed both doors (even all the caulking), replaced the rollers, track, one of the locks and installed a new handle. They were very professional, offered suggestions and did not try to pressure us in any way. I couldn't believe that the same doors that sometimes required two hands to open now easily opened and would slide with just one finger! I've called Slider Genie to come and fix my sliding glass doors. I had a problem with my doorlock about eight months after they came and I called them and they came out and fix the lock free of charge, and right away. Anthony is the young man that came and fixed my sliding glass doors originally and he was also the one that came back to fix my lock. Extremely nice polite and receptive to my concern.
