We've been so happy with Tiny Tots, first with our first son from age 8 months to 2 1/2 years, and now with our second. They're very accommodating! They offered to drop off diapers earlier than the weekly delivery date when our second son came along (I forgot to order the diapers before his birth), and this week, they also offered to deliver more than our usual amount in order to prevent us from running out! All this without an extra charge too. Fantastic! We're doing a combination of cloth and compostable diapers this time, and it couldn't be easier! Both get delivered to our doorstep every week, including compostable wipes, and both get picked up together every week too. No need to separate and no problem with smelly diapers hanging around either! We use the Diaper Dekor Plus and when it's full, we keep the bags in our garage until the pickup date. Also, there's no need to rinse out the diapers before putting them in the Dekor. It's just as easy as disposables and actually easier with the weekly delivery to our doorstep! The new diapers are there when we wake up on Thursday mornings. It's so good to know we're helping to preserve the world our kids will inherit, and this keeps our kids healthier while they're in diapers. Our oldest son never had a single diaper rash while he wore cloth! And it keeps the diaper area much cooler than disposables do, which has long-term health benefits as well, particularly for boys. Tiny Tots is a great resource for the cloth diapering family - even if you don't use their service! In fact, they are the only local place to see and buy a wide range of diapering products. I use cloth diapers for my two boys, and sometimes I need to see the wraps to know if the next size up is going to work (or if their is a next size up, etc). It's also great to be able to drive down there and pick up one or two things and not have to wait for shipping from some unknown location. I have compared prices online, and theirs are very reasonable. I don't use the TT service, because I believe that I can wash them at home with less of a footprint (no bleach and minimal hot water). So far I have been very pleased with Tiny Tots customer service. Our friend gave us 3 months of service and they called me to confirm the details the same day she signed us up. The woman on the phone was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend taking the free diapering class. The online video is OK but the hands-on learning is better and they go into detail about every diaper cover and various tips for diapering. And if you go to the class you can browse their boutique. We have now been using the service for nearly 6 months and are very pleased. Clean diapers are delivered weekly and dirty ones picked up. Anytime we order something it is delivered free with our diapers and you can easily make changes to your service online. They do have a starter package that includes a hamper, wraps and snappies. These are items you own and need to pay for in addition to the service. But you don't need many wraps or snaps. read more

I stopped in here the other day with my friend who is VERY Pregnant. Since I wasn't sure what she needed - and wanted to make sure she actually got what she wanted for her baby shower gift from me - I decided to take her here and let her pick out what she wanted. Pretty nice of me I know! The minute we walked in the store the staff was very polite and friendly. My friend looks like she could go into labor any minute so they offered her a chair when we would stop and look at things so she could rest. A very nice gesture on the stores part and it says a lot about a company. We always love to look at baby clothes and they had a good variety and some pretty cute outfits. We're a big fan of the cotton diapers so we stocked up on those. I compared a few stores before I went and they had the best price for the stroller my friend was interested in - thank goodness or else that's probably all I would have heard about if she didn't get the stroller she wanted! They didn't have a big selection of baby swings but I picked up a car seat for her older child whose birthday is on Sunday. They offer a great diaper service that I signed my friend up for. If it's going to help the environment I am all for it! Oh and they have a beautiful inventory of diaper bags! Very reasonable prices! I highly recommend this store for all your baby needs. The administrative side of things was kind of chaotic - several crossed wires (billed for wrong thing, account not paused at right time) - but once you get a hold of them, they're very good about fixing it. ATROCIOUS customer service. The website gives very little information about how the program works, and setup requires a phone call from a customer service rep. The rep refused to let us sign up without subscribing for diapers as well as pickup, and wouldn't tell me the minimum diaper order required to sign up. My wife and I have used Tiny Tots both as a cloth diaper service and diaper/wipe supplier since the birth of our first daughter over 3 years ago. We've kept on with Tiny Tots with our second daughter as well and we couldn't be happier. We lived in a gated multi unit building that other vendors had trouble accessing and Tiny Tots never failed in any drop offs/pickups over the entire course of service with us. They are very friendly and have never failed to accommodate whenever we have needed to change our orders or level of service. I had a great experience with TIny Tots. I really wanted to go with Cloth DIapers for environmental reasons. I couldn't fathom filling land fills with diapers that take 500+ years to decompose -each! This review is for compostable diapers and EXCELLENT customer service. Recently, we had scheduled a delivery of 4 packs of Bambo diapers (which aren't cheap, no fault of Tiny Tots, they are high quality natural disposable diapers) that never showed up. Once I realized they were missing I communicated with Tiny Tots and they were fantastic about refunding my money and sending new product. Then, two weeks later I found the box hiding under our BBQ cover! One of my neighbors must have hidden them from the rain and forgot to tell us. WE LOVE TINY TOTS! We used cloth diapers for the first 12 months and it was super easy and convenient with Tiny Tots. Their customer service is super friendly and helpful, and proactive in case they just feel like we are having some problem. You can always reach them by phone or by email, and they were able to answer all our questions. After 12 months we switched to their combo service, using cloth and compostable diapers and just now we fully switched to compostable because our active toddler does not have the patience to be diapered with cloth anymore. Every change was super easy and we got the remaining funds reimbursed. And, you can buy many things you need at their online baby boutique and have them delivered for free together with your diapers, how good is that! I highly recommend their service! read more

I LOVE TINY TOTS! I knew I wanted to use cloth diapers for my baby. My prenatal yoga instructor at Kaiser recommended TT so I went to their website to check things out. If you're thinking about what goes into cloth diapering in general, you should visit this site that is a wealth of information. I felt really CONFIDENT after watching their training video on how to put on a cloth diaper for a baby boy. However, I couldn't tell from the website which outer wraps to use (this is the only things that is confusing on their website. They should have a recommended "starter pack" so new folks get an idea of what to order at the beginning) so I gave them a call. The woman that answered my call was very PATIENT and explained everything to me. She even reminded me that their was a new customer discount on most items (score!). After I placed the order, I got a call over the weekend on Sat (are you crazy?? that's awesome!) to confirm my order. They are super EFFICIENT! I was a super procrastinator about setting up the service but was lucky I set it up when I did because my diapers were delivered Tues at 1a and I went into labor that evening. Other things I can say about their awesome service... Our delivery person is AWESOME and we've had no problems with pick up/drop off. On another occasion, the hubster forgot to put out the dirty dipes for pick up. The next day we got a call from TT and they asked if we needed a change in our delivery because we didn't put out any diapers. I explained the situation and after I hung up, marveled again at their efficiency. When I switched over to the next larger size, I reduced the number of diapers and the adjustment was also no problem for the next delivery. Every time we've had a question, the customer service is patient and takes the time to explain everything. Most impressive is that they really listen to what my questions and needs are don't try to upsell me on any of the more expensive items they offer. For example, when I was ready to switch to the next size up for my baby, they offered to send me samples at no additional cost. When I asked about the different diaper covers, the woman plainly said, if the pro-wraps are working for you, I'd recommend you just stick to that; you can try the other covers but why fix what isn't broken? Their website has a wonderful RESOURCE section that supports folks who are cloth diapering as well as breastfeeding. There is a forums area that isn't used very much but TT tries to help folks who post questions. On our end, we got used to the TT diapering system after the first several days. The snappy clips are easy to use. The standard pro-wraps are also terrific. And the sizing works well. Even the hubster, who was a skeptic, has been very happy with cloth diapering overall. If you're ready to give cloth diapering a try, I'd definitely recommend going with TT. read more

I'm doing my best to be a granola mom. And Tiny Tots helps me feel like I'm doing my part to spare the environment! I had long considered going the cloth diaper route, and wondered how I would set up the laundry room to, uh, deal with the mess. But then I found Tiny Tots. No need to scrape, rinse, soak, or deal with dirty diapers. Just remove and toss into the diaper hamper. The Diaper fairies then take them away once a week and return enough for the next week. When my son first arrived, we needed to put a hold on the service to deal with a medical concern. No questions asked, we delayed our service temporarily, and with a simple phone call, service was resumed when we were ready. The boutique is also very nice, staffed with helpful elves that will answer all of your questions, show you how to diaper your soon-to-arrive-bundle, and talk you through what you might need. My only concern is some of the other moms who I run into there. I hate to be judge-y, but I do a bit of eye rolling when I hear some of their concerns. But they offer classes, workshops, photos with santa, the easter bunny, etc. I haven't yet participated in these extra curricular activities just yet, but it's nice to know they are there. I also love that they are a local, family run business. Staff are super friendly. If you're considering a diaper service, try it out. You might be surprised at how magical it can be. read more

We absolutely love Tiny Tots. They have unbelievable customer service and are always so helpful. We are now in the process of potty training our 21 month old son and he is doing a beautiful job and I think that the cloth diapers have made all the difference. Attended the Diaper Service 101 Class today. Very interesting and informative. The instructor (can't remember her name) was very knowledgeable about the products and services available at Tiny Tots. She taught how to do a basic cloth diaper, which was very helpful. I was doing it incorrectly before this class. The manager of the store and the employees seem to be very passionate about cloth diapering and compost diapering. We used Tiny Tots for two years, and it was fantastic. We were committed to cloth diapering, but with a single shared laundry unit in our apartment building, a diaper service was the only way to go. The customer service is exceptional. The employees are friendly and courteous, and respond immediately by email. Whenever I wanted to tack something on to our order or change our order, I just emailed Pam and she took care of it. She was also helpful in figuring out quantities as my kids were growing and our needs changed. Very accommodating and no difficulties when we went on vacation. Around 6-7 months, we switched to combo diapering - cloth in the daytime and compostable at night. They deliver all the diapers and wipes. You just throw the compost diapers and wipes in the same bag with the cloth, and they pick it up. Literally could not be easier and it felt great to know that the added convenience of a disposable diaper at night time didn't mean another diaper going into the landfill. I priced out about a million different diaper options, trying to figure out what was most economical while having a low impact on the environment and being best for our babies. Tiny Tots won every time in terms of a high level of service and quality product for a low price - and low ick-factor, since they did all the cleaning! Why do I love Tiny Tots? Let me count the ways... I had ordered some wipes to be added to my diaper delivery, and they were accidentally left out. Oops! Before I had a chance to call, they called ME about the mix up. In my delivered diapers, I was also given the incorrect size, and it was simple to just let them know and get it fixed. Not only that, but since I can't use the diaper size that I have, one of the employees offered to drive by tonight to swap out my order. Good customer service is one thing, but this goes beyond, and I am incredibly appreciative! Any time I have needed to contact them, they are speedily available by phone or email, responses are prompt, and they are very friendly. We've been using the cloth diapering service since October of 2008. We are very happy with the pickup/delivery service and the folks who help manage are account provide excellent service. When we first came home with our baby, I found it super convenient to order items from the Baby Boutique; orders are included with diaper deliveries for free. It was a time saver since it's nearly impossible to run errands with a newborn and the Baby Boutique carried many natural products. I took one star away since we' ve had diapers that were "too new" and therefore doesn't absorb as well. We've called Tiny Tots and they were able to make adjustments for this. I ordered all the supplies needed (diaper covers and snaps, diaper pail, compostable trash bags) through their boutique and they were delivered with our first diaper drop off. It is very clear from their website how the service works and what you need, plus there are online tutorials to teach you how to fold the diapers. Customer service has always been great, and drop off and pick up timely. It was easy to put the service on hold for a two week vacation and to change numbers of diapers for drop off. The best part was they allow a mix on cloth and compostable no extra charge! Tiny Tots make it soooo easy to use cloth diapers on your baby. You know that these are much better, environmentally, but also better for your baby...why would you want all those dioxin-laden paper products and silica gel next to your baby's skin, holding the pee or poo there? Ick! Tiny Tots will change your opinion about whether you can "do" cloth diapers. All you need to do is put the bag of soiled nappies on your porch in the morning, and they magically disappear - and are replaced w/ clean ones, once a week. No pins, either - they use snappies, these litle rubber and plastic clips that use tension to hold the cloth together. When you start, they give you an instructional video. Their website is a great first stop for resouces for nursing moms. Their store, Tiny Tots Togs, has lots of carefully chosen cloths and toys - no lead or mass-produced made in China here! We used Tiny Tots for cloth diaper service for over 7 months from the time my baby was born. This service was easy to use, has great customer service and flexible with changes to service such as size, number of diapers, etc. I also found their pricing structure to be super transparent and less expensive than other similar services. They also made it super easy when we had to put our service on hold and finally cancel due to our move. If we hadn't moved out of their service area, we'd still be using them. I'm not looking forward to laundering baby nappies myself, but thanks to Tiny Tots, I'm less intimidated by the whole thing and will be continuing on my own. read more

We had the diaper service when my son was a newborn and moved away. When we came back for the holidays Tony Tots was willing to do short term service for us (three weeks) so we could avoid washing diapers at the grandparents' house. Very helpful. Two minor complaints: for the short term service they wanted a pretty hefty deposit instead of just keeping a credit card on file. In other words they charged $300 on to the credit card in December and will take it off in January. Annoying, but they're not really set up for short term. I also find their customer service very willing to help but kind of... slow. I feel like I have to speak slowly and act kind of stupid to make my requests clear.
