We had a good run until we didn't. We initially hired Cindy for a first birthday shoot. We enjoyed the experience so much we would travel from where we lived for family photo sessions for a few years after. But the years progressed the communication became lacking. I would need to follow up on different forms of communication to get a response.. sometimes waiting until the 11th hour. The final straw was a last minute cancellation. And I can empathize for reasons given. My sister was so thoughtful and gifted me a session with Cindy. This was our first professional photos done by anyone. Cindy immediately contacted me and continued to be in communication via texts and emails regarding what to expect and how to prepare for the session. She was very thorough and responded in a timely manner. During our session, she asked and directed us with poses since we didn't know much.
