I couldn't be happier with our experience with Rachelle. The photos of my newborn daughter are stunning, and I mean ABSOLUTELY STUNNING. The pictures are truly timeless treasures and I will cherish them forever. Her attention to detail was incredible and she handled my 9 day old baby with such care! Additionally, she was accommodating to our every request. I asked for a specific pose to match my son's newborn photos (taken by a different photographer when we lived out of state), and she nailed it perfectly. You pick your backdrop and they start taking pictures. My favorite is their holiday headquarters specifically their Christmas sets. They now do instant viewings so you do have to wait after your session and you basically go through the unedited pictures on an iPad. My director was supposed to accompany the classroom teachers at the top of the composites, she is no where to be found on these composites. They placed an infant in our PreK composite, needless to say she is missing from her Infant class composite. I've tried to reach our representative and have had no response for 10 days. I've tried to call and their phones are disconnecting repeatedly. I'm not sure if they are hanging up on purpose of if it is really a phone issue. We have had Lifetouch doing our photos for several years now, but the quality of the photographers is consistently worse each year. We will be searching for another company. I only gave 2 stars because the photographer did show up, it's a pretty low bar, really.
