I asked for a refund and they declined despite a very clear written refund policy that we are inline with. when I called to talk thru this sure that there was a misunderstanding the person there was rude and dismissive. they gawked at me saying I couldnt get my physician to complete their form in time without knowing anything about my situation or how my doctor works. they assured me my doc could do it in 5 mins, talked over me and denied everything I mentioned as being true. it was the most infuriating experience I've ever had. I would not trust my child with someone of this type of moral fabric.
