The tests showed that his levels were escalating to nearly dangerous levels. Thankfully due to Dr. Davari's fast acting, after 2 days of treatment my son was doing great and had a clean bill of health. We had our follow up appointment a few days later and he was able to address all of our concerns and questions. I was out of the country and sent a message through the patient portal early in the morning. Despite multiple follow-up calls from both myself and my mother, we received no response from the doctor. The office told my husband and mother to bring my son in, which they did--traveling over an hour to get there before closing. Despite arriving while Dr. Miller was still in, she never came out to assess him, nor did she or her team respond to any of our messages or calls. Over a week later, and her team still have not reached out to us. My husband ended up taking our son to urgent care. This is especially upsetting coming from a team that has cared for my child since birth, without any issues. We will not be returning and will gladly find care elsewhere. P.S.
