As a parent herself, she is understanding and is always very attentive! Her nursing staff and aids are all great as well. Not on Dr. Susy, but front desk feedback: They are very disorganized and never seem to take notes. We had to move around our vaccination appt due to family travel. At the direction of Dr. Susy, she suggested we come in the week before our travels. We scheduled it with the front desk as we left our 1 month appt. Come the week of the vaccination appt they call me saying we cant come in, it's too soon for the vaccine and we need to reschedule. I explained Dr. Susy told us to make this appt and we did so at our last appt. They said that couldn't be right and they'd have to call her to confirm then called us back saying we were right - this has happened now FOUR times. Like just write it in our file we're coming early at the direction of Dr. Susy. It's just annoying more than anything. They also still don't pronounce our daughter's name correctly. Not a reason not to have a great Dr like Dr. Susy but still... wish I didn't have to deal with this

Apart from that, truly a great place. Plenty of parking available in the lot. This is a great area.

Dr. Andrade is an excellent pediatrician!…read more Both my kids have seen her since birth and I trust her completely as their doctor. I did have an experience with her indirectly, that I took issue with. It was during COVID, when I was very pregnant and brought my daughter in for her wellness visit. My daughter told Dr. Andrade that her daddy was sick, and I confirmed , that yes, he HAD, COVID (he's a first responder), but he's no longer testing positive and he's back at work and feeling fine. My mask was down during the conversation, as we were in a treatment room and it was just her, me and my daughter. Months later, my husband had brought my daughter in bc she had a fever, and Dt. Andrade met him outside to do the COVID test. He made some comment about her being overly cautious about COViD (his beliefs, not at all mine), and they got into it, and I guess she said "Your wife was in here without a mask, and said, btw , (insert husbands' name) has COVID!!" Like I'm some asshole spreading COVID everywhere!!? It's one of those situations where I wish my husband had not told me this story bc now I always feel judged by her. But men, am I right? Other than that, I do think she's great!

I would not recommend Dr Andrade. Zero stars!…read more When my child experienced a reaction after vaccinations, my concerns were dismissed rather than properly evaluated. As a parent, it is incredibly frustrating and concerning to feel gaslit instead of supported when advocating for your child's health. The issues don't stop there -- the front office staff is consistently rude, unprofessional, and lacks basic courtesy. They often appear disengaged and unapproachable, which is unacceptable in an environment meant for children and families. Overall, this office lacks both compassion and professionalism. I will not be returning and suggest other parents look elsewhere for care. They have other doctors at that office and several reviews also complaining of the front office lady.

Every visit, she makes sure I understand what's going on with my children, why she's recommending a certain treatment, and what to expect. There's rarely a long wait, and if Dr. Dhillon can't follow up herself, her receptionist always does. Everyone is kind, organized, and professional. Those of us who come here know that if there's ever a wait, it's because she's giving another family the same time and attention she gives ours. This year has been absolutely brutal for our family with nonstop sickness: flu, COVID, RSV, ear infections, high fevers, lingering coughs you name it, we've had it. On top of that, trying to get in with our primary pediatrician when you actually need to be seen quickly can feel nearly impossible. That's why I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr. Dhillion at All Kidz Urgent Care. From the moment you walk in, you feel taken care of. The office is clean, organized, and efficient, which as a mom juggling six kids is already a huge relief. But what truly sets this place apart is Dr. Dhillion herself. She is hands down one of the most thorough, attentive, and genuinely caring doctors I have ever encountered. Every single time I bring one (or multiple) of my kids in, she takes her time and never makes us feel rushed even when it's clearly a busy day. She listens carefully to every concern, asks thoughtful questions, and explains everything in a way that makes you feel informed and confident as a parent. I never leave feeling unsure or dismissed, which unfortunately can happen at other urgent cares. What I appreciate most is how detail-oriented she is. She doesn't just do a quick check and send you on your way she really evaluates the full picture. Whether it's double-checking symptoms, making sure we're treating things correctly, or giving guidance on what to watch for next, she goes above and beyond every time. With so many kids, I've had my fair share of experiences with doctors, and her level of care truly stands out. She is also incredibly kind and patient with my kids, which makes such a difference. Even when they're not feeling well, she has a calm, reassuring presence that puts them at ease. As a mom, that means everything. I've actually told her more than once that I wish she would become a primary pediatrician because we would switch to her in a heartbeat. That's how much trust and confidence we have in her. It's rare to find a doctor who combines knowledge, thoroughness, efficiency, and genuine compassion the way she does. If you're a parent especially one dealing with multiple kids or a tough sick season like we've had this is the place you want to go. All Kidz Urgent Care has truly been a lifesaver for our family, and Dr. Dhillion is the reason why. We are so lucky to have her.

Because my baby was underweight, he suggested combo feeding adding formula while I boost my supply to make sure my baby is eating enough. Honestly I was very insecure about being an under suppler and I felt like I was an inadequate mother because I couldn't provide for my baby. But he reassured me and understood how I was feeling and made me feel seen. As someone going through postpartum, he made me feel better about something out of my control. On top of that, he was a wonderful pediatrician to my son. He gave me an ample amount of formula samples and even a diaper bag to help me. He made me feel comfortable about combo feeding while breastfeeding and choosing whether to continue whichever method of feeding for my child. As long as my baby is being fed is the most important thing. Unfortunately the new insurance I got for my son does not cover this office or Dr. Berman, I would've love to have kept him.
