It seems as though they mess it up more often than get it right at this point. When I recently went to the clinic, they claimed that they had no record of the pharmacy asking for approval for a refill. This was either due to poor communication or a straight up lie. My pharmacy relayed correct information and had a record of my request with the correct day and all which I referenced to my phone call history. Being off of my Rx for days at a time has literally put my life in danger and forced me to take off work. Avoid at all costs unless you have a death wish.

The NP removed the tick, and gave it to me with a form and a mailer bottle for mailing to the county health dept. to see if it had Lyme disease. Also gave me Doxycycline prophylactic. The PA explained what was indicated by the X-rays and suggested that I begin taking Glucosamine & Chondroitin for joint health. He's super knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about my well-being. He took the time to explain what could be causing my pain, what my options were, and what would be best for me. He showed me every exercise I needed to do at home, explained how many times a day I should do them, wrote everything down for me, and provided links to an online PT program. He always follows up, keeps track of my progress, and if the pain continues, he recommends other steps to take. Anytime I have a question, he responds in the same day with clear instructions, which I really appreciate! I can tell that he truly wants to help me feel better and live pain free. He's always on time, takes his time during our sessions, and makes sure I understand everything. I've never had a physical therapist who cared this much, and I feel so lucky that he's the one helping me.
