Drove from Alameda for this place specifically! I had searched for a place with great reviews since it was such a special occasion being that it's my first pregnancy. The office was clean and Ross was so polite and made us feel comfortable while explaining the process. I had no clue what to expect and it was great! My baby girl was quite shy and near my placenta, but Ross was able to help us navigate her little features and what she was willing to show us. Ultimately, I managed to move her a bit and he was able to get the pictures which showed us her chubby cheeks and most of her facial features. I looooved watching and feeling her move, that alone was worth it for me. She even kicked Ross while he was trying to move the Doppler haha. I have to say, Having the pictures was the extra incentive on top watching her move around! Ross was friendly and my husband and mother in law were glad I selected Prenatal Peek to have this done. We have been going to Ross since our first son in 2016, we did the sneak peek gender package at 16 weeks and then the 4D Ultrasound at about 32 weeks. We went to him for our second son in 2019 during this crazy pandemic for the same packages and same amount of weeks and now that we are pregnant with our girl which every time he gets right he Is just amazing! He always makes us feel so welcome and comfortable, very professional and super friendly. The Ultrasound room is very big and such a relaxing environment. I went to Prenatal Peak for both a gender determination and later on a 4d ultrasound. Both times were such a great experience. I could recommend this place more. Extremely comfortable and professional. Our little one was being very uncooperative for the 4D ultrasound; our tech not only extended our time to try and get her to work with us, but still managed to get a few great pics of her. This was probably the best ultrasound I have had my entire pregnancy! I would definitely recommend. I was able to bring my so with me for the first time during this pandemic, and Ross made us laugh and was super friendly the entire appointment. Also in the sense of comfort, all my ultrasounds up to this point have been super uncomfortable and I have had so much pressure applied to my belly but Ross was super gentle and I felt no sense of discomfort! Our experience was stellar. We are 33 weeks pregnant and this appointment made us even more excited to meet our little one! Now a days you don't get another ultrasound until you are 37 weeks pregnant after your 22 week anatomy scan so this visit was worth every penny! Your family can come with, they have it set up movie theater style with a huge TV and nice seating for your loved ones. Amazing and unforgettable experience! The ultrasound room was comfortable but large with plenty of seating to accommodate several guests. The lights are dimmed and soft music is played for the duration of the ultrasound. Atosa was our technician and she was great! She seemed very knowledgeable and did a wonderful job at explaining everything we were seeing. Atosa was so friendly and sweet and really made our time with her enjoyable. Ross was our ultrasound tech- he was very friendly and on time with every appointment. Initially we went in to find out the gender of our little guy and they did a great job and showing us as much as they could while keeping the babies gender a secret. Second time we went in I scheduled a 3-D ultrasound "quick peek" to see the babies face, I was 26 weeks five days it was my birthday so I was excited unfortunately the baby was camera shy and refused to show us his face let alone anything else. After 45 minutes of patiently working with me having me to roll side to side to help see the baby Ross decided he would have us come back and try again next week, so we did and it was 100% better we got at least 40 detailed pictures of our little one! I am so amazed by the technology and I can't wait to go back! read more

I was so happy to find this place, being pregnant during the Covid shut down, because my husband is able to see the ultrasound with me!! We did the 2D Sneak Peek Gender Reveal Package at 17 weeks, and plan to go back later on in my pregnancy to do the Hi-Def Ultrasound. Anyone pregnant during the shutdown, I would recommend to go with your spouse to Prenatal Peek, so you both can experience seeing your baby in the womb :) there's nothing like it! Ross, the staff member who worked with us, made me feel confident that the results would be accurate even though they're earlier than when Kaiser gives gender results (not gonna lie I called a few times in doubt lol). I had a great experience here with my first pregnancy so it was a no-brainer to recommend this place to my sister in law when she got pregnant. Last week, we just went back (for the third time) to find out we are having another baby girl! The atmosphere is very calming and you do have to fill out some paperwork as well as a waiver (i think only if you are doing a gender peek) since the baby may be difficult or squirmy when searching for the gender. They play nice calming music and have a large private area for you and your party -- I think it accommodates as much as 6 guests comfortably plus mommy & daddy (about 8 total). We had Ross as our ultrasound guy for both of my pregnancies and he was super professional as well as patient - both our babies were REALLY squirmy and faced an odd direction for gender photos. All in all, we had a great experience and the price isn't too bad either. Just keep an eye out for their monthly promos so you can save some extra $$! read more

Today we had our first ever 3D ultrasound experience and it was so special! The experience was very personal, the room it was done in was so comfy, I could've napped on the bed for the rest of the day. Ross was so great with us and very friendly, he made conversation with my mom, my boyfriend and myself the whole time and we were all just laughing and having a great time. We told him only my mom would be finding out the gender and he handled that very well making sure nothing was shown to us or anything and he explained the 3D pictures great so we understood what we were seeing.
