Happy December to our little family! We had the most wonderful, fun appointment! We got to see our little baby & the environment was so welcoming Highly recommend, they have great package deals also!! Thank you Prenatal Peek for the fun morning!

What a beautiful experience my husband and I were able to share. We got pregnant durring COVID-19. For saftey rerasons our doctors have not allowed my husband to come to any appointments. Prenatal peak offer us the space to be together and see the baby in beutiful images together for the first time. We drove from Concord because of the wonderful reviews and recommendations for Prenatal Peak. It was worth the drive. Ross was not only so welcoming, warm, and friendly, he offered a proffesinal and clean enviroment for us to view our baby together. The staff was also so friendly and welcoming as well. Saftey if key right now, Prenatal Peak offered us the time to arrive and leave without seeing others to reduce exposure. We also received wonderful images to share with our family. Thank you Ross and staff for a safe and memerable experience with our soon to be first child.

Drove from Alameda for this place specifically! I had searched for a place with great reviews since it was such a special occasion being that it's my first pregnancy. The office was clean and Ross was so polite and made us feel comfortable while explaining the process. I had no clue what to expect and it was great! My baby girl was quite shy and near my placenta, but Ross was able to help us navigate her little features and what she was willing to show us. Ultimately, I managed to move her a bit and he was able to get the pictures which showed us her chubby cheeks and most of her facial features. I looooved watching and feeling her move, that alone was worth it for me. She even kicked Ross while he was trying to move the Doppler haha. I have to say, Having the pictures was the extra incentive on top watching her move around! Ross was friendly and my husband and mother in law were glad I selected Prenatal Peek to have this done. Would recommend 100%! Oh and the gift at the end was so sweet and I wasn't expecting it. Thank you Prenatal Peek!

Great customer service. Seriously, such personable, unique & high quality experience. I would highly recommend this place to anyone thinking about something like this. Family owned and operated. Good ppl, good times. All positive.

I went to Prenatal Peak for both a gender determination and later on a 4d ultrasound. Both times were such a great experience. I could recommend this place more. Extremely comfortable and professional. Our little one was being very uncooperative for the 4D ultrasound; our tech not only extended our time to try and get her to work with us, but still managed to get a few great pics of her. And we let with armfuls of goody bags.

Got to do a fun reveal after getting our envelope with the gender!

Please. I had a high risk pregnancy with kidney failure & Dr. Emad did my C-section. It was a hard experience but I did my best to stay positive. I paid every copay & made sure my account was FULLY taken care of. I haven't been a patient here since 5/2024. Out of the blue, I received a bill for over $8,000 with no statement or info as to why. Ranice in billing explained that my insurance showed i wasn't covered so now i need to pay $8,000 to Dr. Emad directly; I asked her to verify my insurance info and when she did, she said she could see on blue shield's portal that I was fully covered & this was actually just a mistake on her end- but she "couldn't just fix it" so she would resubmit the claims- this was on 6/26. Today (7/21) I got another bill in the mail reminding me to pay the $8,000. I called again to ask Ranice about the status of the resubmitted claims, she told me she never even resubmitted them... she said that i'd really just be better off calling my insurance company to figure this out myself. Even though she previously admitted it was an error on her end... This is the kind of assistance I've repeatedly received from the billing department at Dr. Emad's office, which is why i've started to document all my conversations. It's really disheartening, and as time goes on has become depressing to continue taking time away from my baby to make these calls, and in the end i still do not get any help. I've been working with my insurance company, who have actually been very insightful. Blue Shield shows zero lapse in my coverage and also has no history of asking for their money back from Dr. Emad's office. They say everything looks clean on their end. Blue Shield actually suggested that I not communicate further with this billing department, as the statements for direct payment to their office appear to be fraudulent and not based off of actual claims. I genuinely don't know who to believe at this point. I'm praying that I don't get sent to collections since the billing department here can't remedy this and i can't get any straight answers. I'm at a loss and completely exhausted from what has turned into a battle. I wish i could reccomend Dr. Emad to other Mom's, but i wouldn't wish this on any one- especially a postpartum Mom. This experience has been absolutely awful for my mental health, the stress of not knowing if I will be held responsible for this mass amount, or have it negatively impact my credit forever- has made me lose sleep. The lack of help from anyone at the office makes me feel like there's nothing else I can do to try and advocate for myself other than beg for help. I'm praying someone willing to help sees this. Truth be told, there is nothing much to love about a CT Scan. The staff was something else. From the schedulers over the phone to the front desk receptionists, the CT techs and the radiologist assistant, they were all amazingly welcoming, polite and helpful. I have been here 3 times in 6 months going under the tunnel or donut. The whole procedure was painless albeit claustrophobic, as I lay there motionless like a corpse and yes, feeling pretty darn bored. Repeated instructions "Take a deep breath, hold it ...... and breathe" weren't exactly mind stimulating and would either drive me nuts or cause me to doze off into never-never land. But I gotta do what I gotta do. Prior to the procedure, I have to gulp down a glass of oral contrast that tasted like a flat 7up with no carbonation. Then I was given an IV and another contrast injected intravenously that warmed up my body, much like imbibing copious quantities of alcohol. Maybe I felt inebriated although I knew I wasn't but I'm such an alcohol wimp! Just so you know, a contrast is a special dye to highlight the areas of your body being examined. Alex was the competent radiologist assistant who piloted the whole procedure and Cathy and Sheri assisted. Kudos to him for doing a fine job and Cathy was very comforting. The Radiologist on duty interpreted the CT results and the CT Scan disc was ready for pick up the next day for my further consultation with the radiation oncologist. This 3rd visit may only be the tip of the iceberg as I can imagine needing many more CT Scans. FYI, if you don't have insurance or Medicare, the 15 min procedure could set you back by $15k ballpark! So it could be life changing to get the procedure pre-approved with no last min surprises. Then you may live longer too!

But she's not here to hold your hand--she's here to help you succeed. She's not a miracle worker or a god. She applies her expertise and does what she believes gives you the best chance. ALSO, i find the fact that they didn't send the bill for additional charges until 6 months later, highly suspicious....like maybe i wouldn't have my receipt for "Payment in full" by then, or would have forgotten what i was told. I can also see from the review from nicole r that she had a similar dishonest run in with their billing dept. this is a big deal in the medical field. it is so hard to compare prices because they just lie about what the charges are. i do this all the time. try to get the correct charges so i can compare where i want to go for treatment.
