There are two houses, (converted to day care facilities), one for the babies & infants and the other for the toddlers. The women are extremely caring. I feel the kids are pushed at an early age to adjust to group activities and learning. And at the toddler house, they have art or learning projects everyday. There is always something in their mailbox to bring home. Also, there is about a half an acre back fenced in yard with plenty of STUFF to play with, climb, etc. They have a summer program for the older kids too. As a educator…read moremyself I can tell you this place is not centered on helping kids flourish, but a place that wants to maintain an "image" for the rich kids. They dont care to support your child if they are sensitive, they get annoyed and will call you to pick them up. I have 3 other friends where there kids got kicked out because of so called behaviors. This doesnt support kids but only wants perfect kids so they can act like it was them. Dont reccommend this place, and since my daughter is still there, I know first hand how this is.

We came here…read morebecause we were desperate after our son's day care closed suddenly and we had very little time to find a new place for him. We were not impressed, but decided to give them a chance. We left after 8 months. The caregivers are very lax when it comes to health and safety issues. When I dropped my son off in the morning, the ladies in his room barely put their coffee and gab session on hold long enough to greet us. I had to set him up in a high chair myself so he could eat his breakfast, but worst of all, they just continued to drink their coffee and talk as I was leaving. No one was paying attention to my toddler (only 15 months at the time) while he ate. After a couple weeks I finally said something, and they told me I could turn the high chair around so he was facing them instead. My daughter attended their summer program, and had an incident at a wave pull (got dunked), was crying afterward, and no adult came to see if she was okay. Obviously they were not watching very closely if they missed this. I also picked her up one day and all the kids were watching TV in the room while one of the staff members (not her regular teacher who was actually pretty good) was playing on her phone. Worst of all, my son was bitten and/or pinched 8 times in 3-4 months time, 6 times in a span of 4-5 weeks. Most of the bites were minor, but I did comment that it seemed to be happening regularly. They claimed that they shadow the biters to prevent it from happening again. The incident that made us start searching was when he was pinched hard enough to break the skin through a long sleeved shirt! We requested that the director get ahold of us and she never returned calls or emails. Eventually she assured us that in her "30 years of experience...blah blah blah" and insisted that the teachers would be made aware of our concerns and watch more closely. The VERY NEXT DAY, he was bitten on the face. The pinch mark on his arm was visible for several weeks, the bite mark on his face took over a week to completely go away. The director doesn't care about parental concerns. She didn't even call us to see if our son was okay when he didn't show up the day after the bite incident. And she failed to call us when we had requested her to do so prior to this fiasco. While the ladies seem very nice, they just aren't on top of things. My son is now thriving at his new day care, and I wish we had left much sooner than we did.

We had an understanding that this specific sitter would be regularly coming to our home, which was very important for consistency with my kids. However, shortly before a scheduled booking, I was informed that she would no longer be coming to us and would instead be working with another family who had specifically requested her. There was no issue with her availability overall -- she was still working, just not with our family -- which made the situation more frustrating given our prior arrangement. Because of this, I was not comfortable having someone new with my children and chose not to proceed with care. What concerned me most was being told I would still be charged due to a weekly package policy, even though I did not receive care and the agreed-upon sitter was no longer available. This policy was not clearly communicated upfront in a way that reflected this type of situation. To their credit, they ultimately agreed not to charge me, which I appreciate. However, the overall experience felt inflexible and not aligned with the level of trust required when it comes to childcare. I would recommend confirming sitter assignments and cancellation terms very clearly before booking. I think the owner of this company is very young, inexperienced, money hungry and has very skewed knowledge on childcare. Oddly enough the reason for my review is two weeks after all this the sitter texted me about her policy that I cannot refer her to others which is WEIRD!!! These people need to leave me alone.
