My son is very comfortable with Faye and feels like he is part of her family, even asking to see her on the weekends. Faye continues to respect all of my parenting decisions and choices when my son is in her care. She often takes classes beyond her required licensing credits to stay current on early childhood infant and toddler education. Environment: Faye has created dedicated areas for play, education, and lunch/snacks. You will find the daycare is very secure and organized, and she is diligent about cleanliness within the daycare. She has a fenced in backyard that allows the children to experience outdoor time in a safe space. The children also do visits to the neighboring park to explore. Faye will share pictures with the parents (authorized consent) of the children enjoying their day and it brings a smile to my face.
