The insurance was paying so I was more interested in the quality and service that in the price. Avo was always very attentive and responded every question I had. On the day I was picking up the car, I found that one tire, needed to be replaced, was the same brand but not the same style. We immediately took ownership of the problem and told me to go and as soon as he got the new tire, he called me, I did not have to call him. He changed the tire. He did more. He fixed and painted, free of charge, all my rims. My car looks as new. Great service... I highly recommend it.

From the moment I walked in, I felt I was in good hands. The owner went above and beyond--he personally negotiated with the insurance company to ensure the repairs were done the right way, not the cheapest or quickest. When I picked up my car, I was blown away--it was detailed to perfection and looked absolutely brand new. I could hardly believe it was the same car! Both Johnny and his wife were incredibly kind, professional, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. Their honesty, integrity, and attention to detail made what could've been a stressful situation feel seamless. I truly can't recommend New Car Collision enough. After a little back and forth, I scheduled a date for him to come. The important thing is it had to be done on a day that isn't raining(at least for a couple hours). We also discussed prices which were very reasonable. The day came and Abraham was right on time. He prepped the car to make sure that no scratches would occur on any part of the paint. About an hour later, he calls me and lets me know that the car is done. WOW what a difference. If I didn't know any better, I would have thought that he just put brand new headlights in the car. Truthfully he is the only one I've ever let drive my car and only one I will leave it to without any worries. This time around he came thru for me and helped me with my vision I had. He used his resources which I must admit are very well worth it. This guys is connected in the car world if you ain't know. He will make an old car look brand new again. My car came home looking newer than when I left the dealer buying it brand new. He will leave you flabbergasted by the job when he's done. The sale value of the car in good condition made the decision whether to make an insurance claim more difficult, but I decided against it after speaking with Yimy, the owner of Alexis Paint & Body Shop-- which I found online and without a referral! I knew I was taking a big chance, but I felt good about giving my business to a small family owned and operated shop. Yimy carefully explained the repairs needed for my aging car with more than a 110,000 miles, and then prepared a reasonable proposal for paint and body work at a very competitive price. My confidence in Yimy allowed me to make good decisions concerning the use of both new and used parts to keep the repair cost within reason. The repairs took less than one week and were much better than I had expected, and the final cost was a happy surprise. I was so pleased that I asked Yimy to give me a handful of business cards that I could share with others when confidently referring him business.
