I was able to book an appointment in advance, and they did not make me wait at all when I arrived. Doctors should learn from them, ha ha. The tech listen to my needs and was willing to ultimately do whatever I wanted him to do in terms of tint percentage, but he gave me a few insightful tips, and I ended up taking his advice. I'm a perfectionist, so I tend to look for small imperfections. I was pleased to learn that there were no flaws at all. Moreover, I didn't even know that, but they provide lifetime warranty across the nation. So, even if I were to move elsewhere, I would still be covered. Can't really ask for more than that!

I was on the llumar Formula One Website to find a certified Formula one shop near me and thankfully Eclipse Window Tinting TN Is only 10 mins away from where I live! so I sent an email to lock in an appointment and I Decided to get the Formula One Stratos series tint for the amazing heat rejection it offers on all 4 windows and my rear glass especially needing it the most. I dropped my car off in the morning I don't remember his name but a gentleman greeted me and walked around my car to see what I wanted to get done. He was very thorough in the process and was very honest with the state of the tint that it was in to make sure I was okay with going through with the process and I could have not felt more confident knowing I went to the right place to get my vehicle done the right way! They really went above and beyond with informing me with some problems I had with the vehicle from the previous tint job done by a mutual Friend out in SoCal caused, and they were able to work around the problem and get my bubbling tint all off with a lot of elbow grease and It turned out amazing. I will be bringing my fathers 23' Colorado Trailboss and possibly his Custom 67' Firebird to get the windows done here. I will 100% refer Eclipse Window Tinting to all the people I know at my dealership that I work for and I am very pleased due to the fact of the quality of their work and the value they brought to me was incredible. Great work to the Eclipse Window Tinting team you guys earned my business for the many years to come!

They say most places don't do the work properly and we asked how they would do it - afterward, I asked a few places how they would make the fix we need, and these other places said the same things. They also talked about how they only need the vehicle for 3-5 days and most places don't have availability and take the car for 2-3 weeks. I've communicated directly with about 10 spots and they all had availability in the coming week as well as taking the car for just 3 days. I know this is a sales technique, and I don't appreciate it. Not the honest way to conduct a business.
