Henry visited and patiently went over the tint options and Leslie set up the appointment and visited the day of install to assist and coordinate. They were very careful in removing the old tint and cleaning the windows spotless before installing the new tint. We had a large arch window high up above the front door which is a challenge to get up on a ladder; however Henry was up to the task and did an amazing job along with the rest of the windows including 2 windows that were re-frosted. Leslie also assisted with another staff team member. We noticed the difference right away with the rooms feeling cooler and the blocking out much of the extreme solar heat we have been experiencing here in South Florida. When I made the appt it was only for my car but we added my man's car at the last minute and he was able to do them both today. The amount of the fee is not the issue. It would not have changed my decision to have the work done. The issue is transparency. Tell me the complete price upfront, including any fees, so I can decide knowing exactly what I'm paying. It's unfortunate because they did a good job, but this lack of transparency cost them a long term customer. I hope they take this as constructive feedback because honesty about pricing is every bit as important as the quality of the work.
