Great Service all around. Dalton was able to get the Exhaust installed very fast. Timing was also easy and prices fair.

So I live in the Burnt hills area of Saratoga county. I moved here from Clearwater Fl. and I needed…read morean inspection for my Truck. I took it in to the biggest Auto Repair Shop in this area right off HWY 50 and the Mechanic told me that i would have to spend like 2600 dollars in order to get it inspected. I also knew this guy from the Restaurant where I worked as a Bar tender so I thought for sure I could trust him but I soon learned that I couldn't. I went there because it was a reputable company and the biggest in the area. I ended up leaving and by the grace of God He lead me to Round Lake Auto. I met the owner Dave and asked Him to inspect my truck and He did. He told me I needed tires to get it inspected which I knew but only two. He also told me that my truck would need other things in the future and went through everything with me, part by part. The last place told me that I needed to replace my whole rear end of the truck do to rust and this is an area that Dave brought to my attention. So I asked if it had to be done now in order to get it inspected, He said no and showed me why. Yes it had rust but it wasn't rusted all the way through or a danger to myself or others like the other guy had said. I ended up buying four tires instead of the two because of the price he gave me on the two. I would have needed them soon anyway so I purchased them through him. Soon after I met Dave I bought a newer Suburban and I wanted to get some work done but Dave and his crew were to busy to jump on it so I took it to the biggest 4x4 after market part place in Schenectady and had a lift done. They went over the estimate by 2400 bucks by the time it was done. I asked them to make sure it was done right and to check to make sure everything worked perfect. Not only did they go over by twenty four hundred bucks they also didn't check crap because within a couple of days my transfer cases needed replacing. I took it to Dave and told him I was pissed that I didn't wait for Him to fix my truck. He checked it over and found that I needed not only the front transfer case but the back too. He replaced both but while he was working on it he had to replace a CV that the last place had just installed. He fixed everything perfectly and shocked me when I got the price. I looked online and knew what everything was going for and he also told me the same things and gave me the same prices. I already knew that I could trust Him because now I have known Dave for about two and a half years. He could have charged me at least a thousand dollars more but he didn't. Also over the years I've met his customers and ran into people all over my area who feel the same way about Dave and his crew as I do. Round Lake Auto is a custom shop and can handle engine builds to repairing auto collisions. They have a in house Dyno and His son Razick can tune anything under the son. Dave does most of the work but has a lead mechanic named Shane who can do anything and Wyatt who handles all the rest. After 3 years Dave and the guys have become like family to me and Dave my best friend in NY. If you need an inspection, repairs or if you want a car built and expect good work, and honest prices, I highly recommend that you go see them. I in over 3 years have never heard anyone say anything other than what I have wrote on here, so go see Him, YOU WONT REGRET IT!!!!

Outstanding independent BMW mechanic. I believe I watched a Facebook ad and also had heard good…read morethings through word of mouth. I recently had purchased a 2014 BMW X5 50i from Carvana. Based on car fax service history it needed an oil change and coolant change. I figured why not give these guys a shot. I had also asked them to check the car over for me since it was covered under a limited 3 month warranty from Carvana. Sadly they discovered the upper and lower oil pan was leaking, and also I needed new inner and outer tie rod ends. No small bill, but still much cheaper than the dealer would have charged. I scheduled to have the work done a week later. It took them about a week to complete everything, but they got the warranty company to pretty much cover everything. Which was much appreciated. Throughout the week the car was being worked on they kept me updated via text. I can find no fault with this place. They are very knowledgeable about BMW's, have great communication, and all around great customer service, they have a great website, you can't go wrong. Now that I have seen the outstanding job they have done, I will be bringing my 1992 BMW 850i in for them to take a look at. Very happy I have found this place. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed!

I brought my 2010 BMW E92 to Highline to inquire about having the A/C checked out. I thought that…read moreit was not blowing out much cool air on these recent eighty to ninety degree days. But I had no reference point to compare with since this had been my Winter car for fourteen years and I'd never driven it during the Summer. Brad explained the process they would follow and that it would take about 90 minutes. He then scheduled an appointment that was convenient for me. I arrived at the time of my appointment and my car was promptly brought into the service bays. A little later Brad came to give me an update, letting me know that about 90% of the refrigerant was not present. They refilled the A/C system, checked for leaks, and let me know how I could also monitor it over the coming days and weeks. I found the cost to be reasonable, and I was out of there in under 90 minutes. I now know where I plan to have my next oil change performed. p.s. On my way home I had to adjust the A/C setting to 70 degrees since 60 was just too damn cold now!

Our sales guy pulled up the website to help us pin down what we wanted, but it wasn't too helpful for us in finding a car. We walked the lot together, but it was discouraging and as far as trade-in, it was at the low end of the minimum for fair on KBB. When my husband called again with a better idea of what he had in mind, the sales guy just quoted the website back, which my husband was already familiar with, so it wasn't really helpful.

This only occurred after the engine had warmed up. No issues when the engine was cold, and that this didn't start until after I replaced the throttle body. I got charged $95 for them to put my vehicle on the computer. They said that I had internal mechanical issues with the transmission and recommended that I replace the transmission, at a cost of almost $3700. I said that this made no sense from a mechanical perspective. I declined replacing the transmission. I contacted the technical department for the throttle body manufacturer and explained my issue. He said that it sounded like I had gotten a bad throttle body, part was under warranty, and shipped me out a new one. Replaced the throttle body, 5 minute job, problem solved. Two weeks later, I get a survey from Morris Ford, asking me if I was satisfied with my most recent service. They provided a contact number to call if I was not. Called the number, explained what had happened, and was told that I should consider myself fortunate that I did not need to replace my transmission. Seriously??? I then asked the service rep why they bothered to send out service surveys, since they obviously weren't interested in what I had to say. Didn't wait for a response. I hung up.
