Prices are a tad above average, but the greatest attribute of Fair Oaks is the laid back atmosphere and lack of pretense. This was my first time at this lounge and everyone was sociable and not stand offish. Easily over $2,500 in clouds of fruity smoke. So imagine my shock when one of the owners comes sprinting after me like I'm shoplifting diamonds... over a ONE DOLLAR WATER BOTTLE. Mind you, they've given me water for free before. But suddenly, this $1 bottle must've been liquid gold. The look of pure existential frustration in the owner's eyes was like I'd just asked him for his firstborn child instead of a sip of Dasani. I guess loyalty means nothing when they're counting pennies. So here's the deal: Thousands spent on vapes? Check. Loyal customer for 2 years? Check. Free water bottle? DENIED. I hope that $1 was worth it, because you officially lost a customer who practically pays your electric bill. I'll be taking my vape habit (and my thirst) elsewhere. P.S. Next time, maybe save the Olympic-level sprinting for actual shoplifters... not your regulars who keep you in business.

I found a great cigar and smoked it while I was watching the game. Cigar was great and the people in the cigar lounge were nice. This is a great lounge in Orange County.
