She does excellent with my Deigo and he looks forward to his hair cuts and grooming. I will continue to go to her for his needs.

Have been going to Kathy & Scott since shortly after they opened and both Riley and I are TOTALLY happy with. He no longer cries when he is left although he much prefers to be scruffy dog and I am so pleased that I know he is loved and cared about. Kathy takes great time and pride in her grooming and Scott the master bath/ massager . At other groomers he was in a cage for 4 hrs. At Top Dog you have appointment time. Looking for caring groomer. Look no more.

This year Scott is no longer working with Kathy and her very pregnant assistance had to leave prior to our appointment to pick up her sick child. Kathy did ok with the first dog but really didn't put much time or effort into what seemed to her the chore of buffing out his nails. I left it go until she started with our second dog who she felt necessary to hog tie. Our poor girls was not comfortable an Kathy continued to try and pluck her ears. I stood up and could see she had our poor babie's neck torked out and told her to stop! Being I had brought the dogs here on other occasions I thought she would be skilled and professional to know when to stop if an animal was being hurt. Kathy said, "well, I can't have her scratching me up so we are done!" Albeit a little late as our girl was coughing as she came off the table. I checked her and found her left eye was bleeding internally. I asked her where I could find a vet to have her looked at and her response was "I'm not paying for it!" In a very defensive reaction. My concern at the time was for the well being of my dog. She only seemed worried about herself. This is all fresh as of yesterday 7/19/2016 and my girl is still under observation for other signs of physical damage. Both her left and right eye have internal bleeding in the upper membrane. She required a shot of Prednisone, eye drops 3X daily and the vet recommended she be on Benadryl twice daily. I will address the vet bills with her again but may need to take legal action.

So he asked a customer nearby if he could be his dad for the day and buy it for him. My grandson would pay. The night manager of the Marinette store said this was "harassing her customers" so she would not have a sales transaction where he was involved. I happened to be shopping in a different store in the same mall that night. We accidently bumped into each other so he told me she would not sell to him because he was only 17. I then went into the store to see if she would sell the fish to me. She refused because I was with him. I have never met this women and have never shopped in Petco before so I was surprised at her insistence that she would not conduct a transaction with me either. When I asked what did he do that was harassing others, she told me that he asked a customer if he could be his dad for the night. Obviously, it was in jest. My grandson is a clean cut, very well known athlete in the area and just wanted to buy a fish for his tank. In my 40 years of managing customer service departments at large companies, I have never heard of someone turning away new customers because they didn't like who he was with. That was a very poor business decision. I will not shop there again. Nor will the people I know.
