Even though we were working with a small budget, they were very proactive about working up comps, sending us listings, and getting us out to plenty of properties. They really went to bat for us during negotiations with a complicated seller. Kristen is also very knowledgeable about a lot of the area schools, which was something we needed tons of help navigating. I recommended them to a friend, who was over the moon with their level of service when she had them sell her home.

Unfortunately, my dog didn't wake me up as he usually does to use the bathroom and ended up making a big mess in my room. Several big messes to be exact. I cleaned up the mess but it had left two large stains and three smaller ones. Being in a new place, I didn't want any stains in the apartment. I heard about Metroplex Steam Cleaning from my friends and I was hesitant considering there weren't any reviews on Yelp, but I decided to give it the benefit of the doubt. They were great! They were prompt, informative, and they had showed up on time. Jacob was my technician and he asked me where the accident had actually happened. Not only did he get rid of the stains, but he also did the rest of the apartment (because why not?) I would definitely be calling Metroplex Steam Cleaning next time!

Raul and the crew did an amazing job painting the entire exterior of our house in Lake Highlands…read more FIRST, they kept their work area clean after each day on the job (4 days total). Everything was neatly placed in a designated area each evening so that our family & dog can continue living our lives comfortably in our yard. SECOND, stellar communication with us throughout the week. Texting us progress photos throughout the work day when we werent home and responding to our texts/calls almost instantly. When painting an entire house exterior there are tons of details to go over, and the 2 main guys never hesitated at giving us exactly what we wanted. Even when the wife changed her mind in the middle of the project (major changes too). These guys quickly responded to her demands with a smile, assuring she would get whatever she wanted. As a husband this made a huge difference to me. Making the wife happy is all that matters sometimes. And she really enjoyed working with these guys from a service and communication aspect. THIRD I havent even mentioned the quality of their work yet, it was amazing. We hired another crew for our interior years ago and R&J guys embarrassed them on quality and painting skills. Not only would we recommend them to family and friends, we plan to find other work for them to do around the house. Finding a trustworthy contractor nowadays seems impossible, we're going to hang on to these guys.

From the moment we landed…read morein Dallas on a Thursday until we flew home Tuesday, she gave us her full attention--driving us from home to home, always prepared with cold drinks, sandwiches, and snacks. She made what could've been a stressful trip feel seamless and even fun. Debbie's deep knowledge of Dallas really stood out. She didn't just show us properties--she educated us on neighborhoods, school districts, resale potential, and investment value. On our second day, my husband was ready to make an offer, convinced we had found the one. But Debbie gently encouraged us to keep looking to make sure we were confident. I'm so glad she did--because on the last day, we found a true gem that checked every box. Throughout the entire process--from before our trip until we wrote the offer--Debbie was communicative, thoughtful, and fully committed. We just landed back in California and are anxiously awaiting a response to our offer, but no matter what happens, we feel incredibly lucky to have worked with her. Debbie truly goes the extra mile in every way. Highly recommend!

If you are looking for more than a realtor I highly recommend MaryBeth Harrison and Candace Barnes…read more(Dallas Native team). They have become long term friends of my family and have welcomed us into their family over the years. It's true they have an annual customer appreciation event they have been doing for at least 7 years now. You're probably thinking why am I discussing friendship in my review, well, who do you trust in a market filled with realtors? Real estate is a cyclical business and so is the occupation for some. These professionals will be around long term to help you buy and sell your home and with any other real estate related needs. They know the Dallas Metro market, hence, Dallas Native. I've used their team to buy and sell two primary homes, purchase a rental property, and use their renter agency to help locate/source renters for that investment property, and use their network of trusted partners in insurance and other vendors for improvements, misc. needs. Marybeth is professionally outspoken yet supportive of my needs. One should know what they want but be open enough to listen to the professionals to prevent buyers remorse... after all this is the largest purchase category of your life. Marybeth and Candace are the dream team to help you make it happen and make a friend along the way. Thank you friends!
