I purchased a coffee, toasted bagel with cream cheese, ham and cheese croissant and a bottle of water. The coffee and water were fine. No issues. However my daughter's bagel came in a bag that had sticky chunks of something red on the outside. I asked the attendant to remove it or change out the bag. She walked it over to the trash can and flicked off the red stuff and handed it back. I approached her again and asked what it was and she responded "it was just strawberry". So be warned - if you have a strawberry allergy (or any allergy) this place doesn't appear to practice good food handling to reduce cross contamination. The bagel we had asked to be toasted was lukewarm at best. It was not toasted. Additionally, it was not fresh and tasted store bought. My daughter didn't even finish it. The croissant sandwich I ordered came out greasy and flat. The cheese appeared to be a processed liquid-cheese. I do not feel it was worth what I paid for it. I expected a nicer experience. I'm disappointed I tipped in advance. They had an extensive beverage selection so perhaps that is their main focus. However, I would not return to this establishment.

I had heard she was from the Pacific Northwest, and I was so happy to converse with someone from the same area I moved here from. I've been here two more times since then, and I've been super happy with everything I received! The employees have also been super nice and polite, even as I had to place my order by showing text on my phone due to no voice! They have some awesome coffee creations with several offerings for milk and milk alternatives. They also have smoothies, energy drinks, and tea. I've seen some yummy looking cookies that I've missed, but mark my words: I WILL get me a cookie one of these days! The dual drive-through reminds me so much of my coffee shops in the PNW. They're covered too, so you're shielded from the weather. I'm honestly very happy to have a real coffee shop in town that reminds me of Washington. I'm still homesick, but it helps brighten my day!

Probably not for plain black coffee lovers, but if you're into milk, cream, and sugar, this is a must-try. I also got the large iced Reese's mocha.
