He will also try to make you feel guilty for calling him to take care of issues. He might even complain if he were on vacation when you try to reach him. I decided this was his strategy so I would find someone else at my expense to fix things to save him time and money. My recommendation is "get EVERYTHING in writing from this guy" or plan on exercising your checkbook! I saw a similar homeowner experience with Faircloth Construction on Google Reviews. Check it out. Be Careful!! If we all get together, maybe a class action suit will get his attention and neighbors could finally collect the money spent finishing things where he didn't or cut corners. People who smooth talk their way through a sale should be held accountable. He promised a beautifully landscaped, properly graded lot with fertile topsoil, premium seed, and healthy stand of grass.
