Neither of us knew he had even lost any weight. She somehow did. When we said we had no idea, she responded, "Let me see your belt!" From the holes in his belt that he no longer used, she said, "You have lost about 30 lbs!" We seldom have to wait more than maybe 10-15 minutes for her to come into the exam room. We do miss her previous office on Chestnut and Herndon, which was larger and more modern, as well as less than a mile from our home. Her family consists of doctors and other health professionals, and she has moved into their office on Villa near Herndon.

I had the worst medical experience of my life when I got the flu. My test results were not sent into the lab and I had to drive to office the next week to retest. It should be noted that no medical staff ever called me to follow-up on my positive test results to offer medical care advice or to just check-in with me (to see if I was alive). The staff is very unprofessional and does not care about patients and I will be looking for another doctor.

During my time with her, I wasn't receiving the care I needed. I avoided going to her at all costs because I would always leave upset. Some examples of her recent lack of empathy would be... I commented how I was happy with the weight I was losing (40 pounds since January) and she replied that my BMI was still in the twenties. Then, after finding a spot on my cervix and explaining what the next steps would be she asked me if I had all the babies I wanted already. I have since found a new physician who listens and is taking me seriously. Good riddance.
