I did my taxes the 2nd week of April, and when I called, they told me I could just walk in without scheduling an appointment. I first met with Trinh, who was very helpful and really listened to my complicated tax situation. She put in all of the information, and then afterward, I met with Gustavo, who reviewed everything. I was happy that they listened to my input regarding how to file my taxes. The staff here was polite, and they speak multiple languages. I will recommend coming here for taxes.

I highly recommend her. One thing to note: during the busy tax season, she isn't the quickest to respond to emails. Texting directly to her phone is the way to go.
