Tomsett to the rescue! I was having a bad day. No water. I…read morecalled the City of Rockport, thinking they'd shut me down or something. No clue. They told me that they didn't cut me off of the wet stuff, but instead I should call a plumber, there was a leak that led to someone who came and shut the water off. I called Tomsett early in the morning, and explained the problem. They said that they had a job in Aransas Pass, but this didn't sound like a big job, so they could take care of it immediately. Within minutes, they were on the job. They diagnosed the problem, let me know what was happening, what it was going to take to fix it. We discussed the options on how to fix it, and Tomsett made some recommendations. We immediately agreed, and the plumber made a small cut in the side of the wall to facilitate fixing the pipes, and had everything sealed up and fixed quickly. Chris was very good at what he does. I think it's a husband and wife team who make all this plumbing magic work. Their rates were fair, and their response time was immediate, which was greatly, greatly appreciated. These guys are my new plumbers!

Heather in the office was completely disrespectful and would not come out and fix a problem promptly that we paid for just weeks prior and should have been under warranty. They did not do the job properly the first time or we would not have had a continuing issue. We own an apartment complex and the tenants had just moved into the unit that they supposedly fixed and the plumbing was not working so I called to ask J & H to get out as soon as possible Heather in the office (the plumber's wife) told me it was not their responsibility and they were too busy to get out promptly. I explained to her that if I had to call another plumber that the bill should not be my responsibility as I just paid them to have this problem resolved. She did not agree and was flat out rude and told me that it is not their responsibility. We have 52 units that they will never get our business nor do I feel they should get yours.
