Came here with some friends on a Saturday night. They have indoor and outdoor seating but we opted…read morefor outdoor since the weather was nice. The food was great and the customer service was the BEST I have had during my stay in Sicily. I had the porcini mushrooms as an appetizer and the Irish steak for dinner. The meal was served with a baked potato, salad, and bruschetta. My steak was cooked and seasoned perfectly!! Just a tip that I was given...if you want your steak medium rare, order it as medium and you will get medium rare...worked for me. We also ordered the house red wine to share...also very good! For dessert I had the Chocolate Soufflé with pistachio gelato...sooo yummy!!! ALL of the staff members were great...they made dinner much more enjoyable! I will definitely dine here again the next time I visit!

I don't know if he was a sommelier, but he certainly knew all about the wines in the region. I started with a crisp dry white wine and ended with 2 reds that were dry and flavorful ...okay so night number 2, yes I went back again. It wasn't a fluke, staff is really that knowledgeable about wine and food, they really are that friendly, music is really that on trend and food is really that good. Night 1 had a ribeye cooked perfectly medium with salt flakes on top. 2nd night tataki with sesame, almonds and honey with sweet potatoes on the side. Red wine was still on point. There are amazing places to eat in Catania so it means a lot to me to go to the same restaurant 2 times in 2 nights.

The food was tasty even without condiments though. Also, I ordered a melon & prosciutto antipasto (appetizer), the grilled mixed vegetable side dish, and an awesome pistachio tiramisu for dessert. All the dishes were very reasonably priced. As there was no breeze on this hot day, I decided to dine inside and the manager turned the A/C on for me. The restaurant is a stones throw from Ursino Castel and I five minute walk from S. Agata's Cathedral Square. Highly recommended!

Also ordered calamari and steamed clam, they are plump and juicy, the portions are amazingly huge, what a seafood feast at incredible bargain.
