The pork dumplings were pork with onions and garlic wrapped in a wonton wrapping and fried on a flat top grill, very similar to gyoza. The pork with vegetables was meaty pork bites with vegetables in a brown sauce that was tasty, but I can't identify. The sauces seemed like they came from jar. There was nothing wrong with them, but they seemed a bit flat. The decor is neat and tidy and pretty standard for a Chinese restaurant. Most of the tables were 4-tops, but there are a few smaller tables and I do not doubt you could ask for tables to be combined for a bigger party. The service was excellent. We were sat immediately and the server came quickly to take our order and helped us decide. The dishes began coming out of the kitchen quickly and in the correct order. If I were in California I would have likely given this place a 3/5, it is a fine choice. But in Italy when I'm tired of Italian food and themes and want a change of pace, it is definitely a 4/5. I'm a fan of noodles and both noodles I ordered didn't disappoint. They were tasty and really hit the spot. The chicken in the skillet was also well made.
