There's something special about how she makes what could be a stressful experience feel like catching up with an old friend. Every year when we walk into her office, she greets us by name and asks about our kid before diving into the paperwork. She remembers the little details of our lives that most professionals wouldn't bother with, which makes all the difference. Her expertise is unquestionable - she's saved us from countless mistakes and found deductions we never would have known about. When tax laws change (and they always do!), she breaks everything down and makes sure we understand our tax returns. She was even patient the one year our dog decided to eat our tax returns.
