After charging an outrageous amount to repair a gifted mantle clock, it was not repaired Correctly. Contacted DOJ, guy didn't even open mail from them. Come to find out, I couldn't find his business license on OR state ! Both times taken to him to repair, the clock wasn't repaired. I called John owner of Timeless Pieces clock Repair because my German Grandfather clock built in 1920 was not working at all and he came out to the house inspected it and took it to his shop at his house and a week later it was working like new. John is very knowledgeable about these clock he gave me the does and don'ts about how they operate. a few days after it was brought back something seem odd in the operation of the clock and he explained to me what the clock was doing.
