When she came out to even look at my bellybutton I said if I didn't have the right anatomy to pierce it I would get something else so she wouldn't feel like she had too, then when I showed her she got annoyed and said I couldn't get the one I wanted and I could only get the floating navel which is fine but then she got snappy when my boyfriend tried to hold my hand for a second because he thought she was piercing me and then when she went to pierce me she didn't even tell me when she was piercing me she just stuck the needle in. I knew when she did it that it felt a little tight but I just thought it was because she had just done it but after a couple hours i realized how much it was pinching my skin together and how much it hurt, I couldn't walk, bend over, or do anything bc of how tiny the piercing was. Not to mention she didn't use a clamp so she pierced way too much skin. I went to two different tattoo shops to try and get it changed out and every time I said I went to liquid chaos and every time I said that they said " oh you went to Kayla" the one shop told me that they had many customers come in unhappy because of how Kayla pierced them. I have three other nostril piercings that healed just fine but that one was the worst. Caitlyn did a great job walking me through the process and making sure she didn't go over that scare tissue. As you can see in the photos, he went up a few lines throwing the whole thing off. Even when he noticed the error at the top of the neck, he continued to add on (leaf,swirl) to the sides. Not only is it asymmetrical but one side is wider and closer to my armpit than the other. He said, "if you stop midway through a tattoo it will look awful and unfinished". I went to multiple other artists and finally found one that will help me finish it. I had one guy tell me he doesn't think he even can because of how deep he went and the scarring. Fixing it isn't fixing his errors, it's simply blending in his errors so they will always be there. He says he's tattooed "hundreds of thousands" yet won't give me my $200 back from this addition. According to his reviews on Google, all the low reviews are mostly about him so take caution.
