Initially, we had a minor leak but Miller responded with professional and courteous speed. The gutters were especially neat as they have a sleek and seamless linear appearance and includes a full 5-inch opening. They also installed a stainless steel perforated top to screen debris. I was looking to side a house that was very dated and out of shape. I had a few special needs on…read morethis job. I was contacted by Jeremy offering to give a quote for the job. I had two other well known companies that came in one at 15k+ and another at 12k+. I started working with Jeremy with the quote and he uses a app on the smart phones that is called hover. This app allows you to take pictures of your house from different angles and render a 3D view of the house. He came back with what I thought was a fair price. All the items I wanted covered in the contract were covered. Everything was signed through electronic documents. He was able to get me 0 down and 0% interest for a term of 6-12 months. I ended up going with the 6 month term. The only think I wish I had was more face time with Jeremy during the signing process. Install: The installers where great. Very hard workers and knocked out the project with 2 guys in 4 days. I was on site a lot of the time and I did not see any time of them not working hard and that was something great to see. They communicated with me and let me know what was going on and made sure that I was informed. When the project was done I had a few things that I wanted to get touched up. Very small things they knocked out in 10 mins. That was great to see. I would say my overall experience with Jeremy and the crew was a very good one. Fair Price, quality work, good communications, and willing to make sure I was satisfied with the project even if it meant coming out to fix something.

So we decided to use them again, and right off the bat there was heavy , shameless pressure from the sales rep to commit right away. Despite our misgivings, we signed on. Since then their communication was poor, and when the work was done, we were left with a crack in the wall that the contract excuses them from fixing. It took a week for someone to call me back just to say they weren't liable. So if you want quality service and a responsive company, I would look elsewhere.

I am still waiting for them to fix everything. They have tried on several occasions to fix the vanity ( all drawers are crooked)not align as they should. They want to redrill the hole to make the faces of drawers straight but thats it.And in the process of the remodel they bent the pipe on my radiator which is my heat source. The radiator now leaks and ruined the new floor they just laid. At first they were very apologetic and said they would pay for the repairs. Now they are claiming that they didn't do the damage. I have receipts from my hvac company stating they were just out at beginning of Sept for full system inspection and states there were no leaks or bent pipe. Unique homes still will not help resolve the damage they caused. I have a bbb claim at this point but seems useless. This company also offers 100% guarantee that the customer will be completely satisfied or they refund the sale price - wrong - they do not stand behind their work or guarantees. These are only a couple of main issues and there is a Ling list of repairs due to poor workmanship they did. This company is not consumer friendly, once they have your money - they are done with you & don't care if their services are horrible. Run away from this company...
