Their approach might help someone with the occasional pimple or mild acne, but they treat every case the same, regardless of severity. I paid $250 to start treatment and $57 per visit, only to find out later that my daughter actually needed antibiotics, something they don't provide. I wish I had asked more questions and researched their methods better beforehand. The staff working with patients are not licensed estheticians--they're just trained employees. One of them aggressively attempted to extract my daughter's acne, leaving her with scarring. I deeply regret bringing her here and wasting that money. Please take your child to a licensed dermatologist--someone qualified and properly trained to treat skin conditions safely.

I suddenly remembered how…read morerelaxing it feels when someone gently massages your head, so I decided to try a head spa near my home. The first thing I loved was the parking. It was super spacious and easy, which honestly made a great first impression. From the outside, the place didn't look particularly luxurious, but once inside, it felt cozy and welcoming, and everyone was very kind. The person who assisted me was a young Vietnamese woman, and she had amazing hands. Every time she touched my scalp, it felt incredibly soothing, and even the light facial massage was so relaxing. She worked continuously for about an hour and a half, giving both hand and scalp massages without any break. By the time I left, I felt completely refreshed and relieved of my fatigue. What stood out the most was how sincere and hardworking she was throughout the entire session. I really appreciated that. They did check my scalp with a camera, but since I don't have major scalp concerns, that part wasn't as important to me. For me, the massage itself was the highlight, and it was absolutely worth it. I will definitely be coming back!

The experience was the best i had by far! Scalp Analysis - they give recommendations and nope, won't sell you any products for that. The chair was super nice. It massages you during the entire process. They put something nice and warm on top of your belly and covers your feet too. You need to take your top off. I paid for a 60 minute service, i did not feel cheated on because it did feel an hour if not more. The massage was really good, it wasn't super hard and you will come out relaxed. It was a nice plus to have your hair blow dried. This is not a salon so calm down on if they cut or style, no they do not. The icing on the cake was them taking pictures & videos -- good ones too. Over-all i will try the 90 minute next time. I am happy with everything.

The office is impeccably maintained, beautifully appointed, and immediately instills a sense of comfort and confidence. I had a facial with Itzel, and it was among the most relaxing and rejuvenating treatments I've experienced. She is very knowledgeable, gentle, and attentive, taking the time to thoughtfully assess my skin and customize the treatment to its specific needs, without resorting to unnecessary or pushy upselling. My complexion felt deeply refreshed, radiant, and noticeably healthier afterward. I also received Botox from Angie, whose expertise, precision, and artistic eye inspired complete confidence. She listened carefully to my goals, explained every step of the process, and achieved beautifully natural results, softening fine lines while preserving expression and balance. Her technical skill and aesthetic judgment are noticeably outstanding. What truly distinguishes True Bella Medical Esthetics is its unwavering commitment to personalized care, clinical excellence, and genuine patient satisfaction. Every interaction reflected respectful professionalism, kindness, integrity, and meticulous attention to detail. After investing considerable time and money at numerous medical spas throughout LA & OC, discovering True Bella was genuinely refreshing. They have earned my trust and highest recommendation, and I look forward to returning for future treatments.

I must admit, it was the best decision ever! I had originally made a Botox appt and after reviewing my responses I got a call explaining how the Botox would not really make a difference on my wedding day and recommended another option for me. I thought that was great given that I'm VERY new to this facials and Botox stuff. Upon getting there the location is in a good visible spot and easy to park. The front desk girl was very pleasant and the office smelled nice and is very clean (HUGE plus). I was then greeted by Itzel. She was cheerful, knowledgeable, and I liked that she explained everything she was doing. For a first timer like myself who lacked beauty treatment knowledge, I felt Itzel did a great job at explaining step by step what was being done and what it was for. I also did the IV therapy. It was a 10/10! With the hours I work and the lack of sleep and nutrients this was an additional booster I needed. I felt energized and felt like it completed my day!

I am a patient there bc my medical group is contracted with this office…read more Office staff is mediocre, not friendly, not rude.. but do NOT plan on seeing an MD there, unless you are having MOHS surgery in which the revenue is upwards of thousands and thousands of dollars. They also do not answer their phone lines during their listed "business hours" as medical offices ought to, nor are they good at returning calls despite having a well staffed team. I went in for a black mole that looked like a speck of pepper on my right leg that appeared out of nowhere, the PA Donna told me she did not think much of it but I insisted on a bx since I have over 15yrs of Derm experience and know signs and symptoms atypical moles. I then waited another month to get a referral and appointment, then another couple of weeks for the results only to find out it was an AMH (Pre Melanoma). Even then, they tried to tell me it was "fine" but after consulting with a few BOARD CERTIFIED MDs that I know personnally, I once again I insisted on medical treatment and a complete excision of the remaining cells was finally done by a plastic surgeon. My issue is not that I had to go through all of this, but more so that I never even got an apology from the PA despite her knowing damn well she dropped the ball on my health!

I called the office, but the office does not take calls, so you are routed to a call center. The call center has been, quite frequently, less than helpful. On this occasion the woman who answered insisted that I simply had to reschedule and would not communicate to the office that I was running behind. I arrived at the office and they received no communication from the call center. The women at the front desk asked the provider if she would still see me. The provider said she would not and that I must reschedule. I did reschedule right then and there for a 4pm appointment to ensure I would make it after work. I called two weeks ahead of time to see if they had a different date at the same time. This was the call center I spoke with. They insisted that they did not and that 4pm no longer worked because I would have to go on as a new patient because of how long it had been since I'd been there last. I insisted on speaking to the office directly and provided my availability to take calls. I received a call when I could not respond. There was a message and the number they insist on leaving is to the call center. Same frustrating experience. I talked to someone at the call center and explained the same. I received a call, again, when I am unavailable to answer due to work. On the third attempt, though the message the office left inside they had tried four times to contact me, I was able to communicate with the office. They informed me that the provider changed their schedule and that they could not and would not accommodate me. I asked if they could ask the doctor if they would consider it due to all of the rigmarole and frustration I had this far encountered in attempting to set an appointment with them. They said they had and that the doctor was adamant that they could not and would not. I do not need this and neither do you. I will find a better provider. One that cares about their patients and can accommodate them because it is a medical matter. I would rate them lower if I could. When I was there last, years ago, I was forced to suffer none of this frustration or doctors changing schedules and leaving you in the cold.

But this was our first time trying this place out because it kept popping up on my ig page. We asked a lot of questions on the call with Kathy I believe her name is not sure anymore, tried to get as much info on the type of massage it was and what they provided. Long story short we get there and finish our massage and it was a very short basic and simple "Brazilian massage". Now the girl was explaining that we first had to do this one to do the wood therapy one which I was super confused about because I had specifically told the girl on the phone that's what I wanted, anyways point is my bf and I were so surprised and unhappy with the massage we got the girls were literally barely applying pressure it was something I could've done on myself but what made the experience worse was that I was under the impression we would get more for the price we paid. We ended up paying $340 /$170 each for that stupid massage that didn't do much. I tried calling and talking to the same girl who scheduled our appointment again to let her know we were very disappointed after we left and for the price it felt almost unjust. She didn't do much to help tried over explaining how we have to go back to get another massage for wood therapy. Point is I had very high expectations for this place and really wanted to comeback but I was very very dissatisfied with the service we received and felt bad for having my bf pay $300 dollar for something so stupid we had to go book another massage elsewhere that same day!! I was upset at the fact that the lady over the phone didn't explain to us well what it was we would get or what to expect for the price we were paying for. If I had known I would've never booked there. Another thing I noticed after we left was that on their ig page they had posted an ad pricing one session for $95 yet we paid $170ea so that was something I was confused about too. Overall unhappy with how they operate their business.
