Instead she cut me off, spoke over me and Didn't even give me the opportunity to decide on colors just blurted 2 colors out for the first bouquet and I felt so shocked I just let it go, was annoyed I wanted to pay over the phone instead of at pickup when asking for my cc she said card abrasive with no warning after she placed me on hold with no warning. Sadly this left a horrible experience and it's truly sad because my flowers did turn out great. However how you treat your customers really does matter. Regardless if someone spends 5 dollars or 5000 respect matters, your tone of voice matters.
