Bought a watch winder recently. Shortly after purchase it started getting quite loud. Took it back with receipt and warranty replacement refused. I was accused of tampering with it! Manager was quite rude and suggested I just buy another! read more

Full of the name brand stores as well as a few mom and pop stores as well. There's also a gym, apartments, an awesome food court, and more. The food court is much better than your average mall food court. The options are restaurant quality and plenty of options. Awesome place to buy whatever you need or just to grab a meal.

Searched for watch battery replacement in the area and wrongly believed this little shop in a…read moresubterranean mall would be a reasonably priced alternative to a high street shop to replace my watch battery. Foolishly I did not ask the price and they charged me 50£. I commented at the time how I felt it was a bit rich and later discovered I was correct in my assumption. Quoted 10£ later that day. Returned to ask why I had been charged so much and they said it was because it was a Tagheuer but I suspect they mistook my Canadian accent for American and also assumed I was a tourist. Need I say more. Is thief too harsh? You be the judge
KEEP AWAY!!!! I asked them to replace my watch glass. They said they will put the same as the…read moreoriginal glass but in the end they put a plastic glass as opposed to the original mineral crystal arguing that's the best they could find. They should have told me in this case they couldn't do it as agreed. Then they kept lying arguing that they said 'similar' not 'same', that such glass cannot be made of crystal, that it does not exist, that what they put is the original etc... all bollocks. They still charged me £55. They are so disrespectful to their customers, that one of the staff comfortably admitted to me that they also lie when they set the price range: as a rule they will always charge the maximum. As he saw I wasn't happy he didn't charge me £60 though but £55 instead (the price range they originally gave me was from £50 to £60). In short: they are technically incompetent, terrible customer service, rude, stupid, and harmful. DO NOT GO THERE. I have already notified the watch manufacturer not to recommend this place to their customers.

I bought a…read morebattery from them for an old watch at the end of November, the watch stopped working a few days later so I returned it to them a couple of weeks later, they replaced the battery, but again the watch stopped working. I returned it to them again in January, they would not allow me to return the battery and obtain a refundas they said there was nothing wrong with it, but advised the watch needed servicing. My issues are; (i) Why was I not told the watch needed servicing in the first place (ii) Why should I be forced to to pay for a battery when I don't have a working watch.

They have many ways in which they get their funds. One of the ways is by having charity shops, which not only sell used clothes, but also receive any donations and sell ethical brands. It is all really good and admirable. However, as I had look around the shop I felt as if the salesman was watching me like a hawk. I had gone in with with my friend and my baby in her stroller. The shop is not massive and there were quite a few people in there. Anyhow, as I had a look at the bags and 'People Trees's' clothes, the salesman came all he way from the counter desk way behind to see whether or not I has replaced one of the bags I had accidentally dropped; or if maybe I had hidden it under the stroller. I assumed he'd had that kind of situation happened to him before and was just being safe, rather than sorry. I did not feel comfortable and left, but my friend came out wit a really nice winter coat for a tenner.

Unfortunately my review of this jeweler is everything but great!…read more I had a ring which i need to have repaired. The ring was just a normal silver ring with a weak spot which needed to be strengthened. They send my ring away for a quotation and i received the quotation a week later. The quote came in at £50. I contemplating paying this extortionate amount because of the sentimental value i had attached to the ring, but decided against it. It took another three weeks before i could go and fetch my ring as they kept on calling to advise that it has arrived, when it never did! I found the staff very unhelpful, obviously seriously overpriced (as i had it fixed at another jeweler for £20).
