    Spotty service at best, down 3-5 days a month. Runs slow, cuts out & drops service always.

After mistakenly…read moreentering the wrong account information while paying our bill via electronic check, we reached out for help. Unfortunately, their customer service was not only unhelpful but seemed completely ununderstanding of our situation. I felt like I was talking to a wall, and they offered no solutions or guidance on how to resolve the mix-up. It's disappointing to see such a lack of support when mistakes happen. I expected better from a company that I rely on for my internet service. I guess since this company has monopolized the area we live, now they see no reason to offer us customers anything more than mediocre service. Pft. Do better !!

    All online, phone and text reps should be fired!…read more ZERO STARS for Online, phone and email customer service/tech support. Tech folks are incompetent and have no understanding on how fiber internet works. They think they know better than anyone who's calling. 4 of them told me that I didn't have fiber internet and I was making up speed numbers. They all refused to send a field tech out. All four hung up when I requested a supervisor. Same with the customer service reps. Four hours later I reached a guy who actually knew what he was talking about. He sent someone the next day. Issue still isn't fixed but at least we have internet access now. Email and text customer service rep said the issue was resolved. It's not. I was Never contacted by someone in charge. Upload speed is still slow. The guy that came out was friendly and did all he could to get us up and running. The problem for slow speeds is on windstream upload end. Still waiting for it to be resolved. In short. Calling in for any type of customer service is a joke and substandard at best. Fire them all. Field tech guys have been good.
