Long story short, Pro Audio & Lighting worked hand in hand with the manufacture to cover my situation. For a small drop off fee that went towards the repairs, their professionalism was top shelf. The store manager Tom is one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. He knows what he's talking about and can always point you in the right direction. The showroom up front features all of the sound equipment and there's a lighting room in back to show off all of the awesome fixtures they have. I was very happy with a recent rental of a subwoofer and mixer. The cost was reasonable and they reviewed the item checklist with me when I brought it back. If you can get out to 14 and Dequindre, do it. It's worth the trip.

They did not hold up their end of the deal to pick us up and drop us off. My group also noticed antifreeze and several water bottles in the van (so clearly they were prepared for this to happen and knew this van was unsafe but still picked 8 of us up anyways). They are dishonest and no one should ever use them! We rented a party bus to take us from Grand Rapids to Detroit this past weekend. Prior to booking,…read morethe customer service was good. I was able to negotiate the price for the group we had and booking was easy. On the day of, our driver was about 20 minutes later than the scheduled pickup time. Once we were on the bus and on the highway, we realized one window was cracked and was not sealed around the edges. At one of the rest stops, I pointed this out to our driver, Scott. He said he would stop and get something to fix it. Because it was so cold, we ended up "fixing" it ourselves with what we had - Meijer bags and paper towels - to keep the cold air from coming in. Prior to doing this, everyone was freezing and it was almost unbearable. The other issue was that he did not have the main door latched all the way, so there was cold air from the front and back of the bus. We were able to fix the window enough that allowed us all to be comfortable and still enjoy our time. Though he was late, we made it to where we needed to be in time. Everyone had a great time and Scott was very nice! It was just a little frustrating in the beginning because you are paying quite a bit of money for something.

Karyn's is a great place to be. In addition to becoming dancers, the students inevitably become close friends over the years they spend at Karyn's DP. Karyn is talented and professional in every way. I highly recommend having your children take lessons - even if they don't take classes for years, they'll always be able to find the rhythm in a song and they'll have fun. *Karyn also offers adult classes, too. I think some of those ladies have more fun than the kids!

He demonstrated the inner workings of the actions and hammers, and compared the sound of varying brands (e.g. Yamaha vs. Kawai) and price levels. He was knowledgeable, courteous, took his time with me, and wasn't pushy. I felt like I was getting honest answers to whatever questions I asked. I feel a little bad that I didn't end up buying a piano from Kawai after the time he spent with me, but I wouldn't hesitate to come back here in the future.

Not only was he overall professional and a good MC, he was pleasant to work with throughout the lead -up, and the day of.
