Owners are wonderful people and take great care of the property. Laundry, bathrooms/ showers are very clean (we don't use the showers but I peeked inside for the review). Very large, beautiful dog park. Lots of full timers but it's a very well kept park and everyone is very friendly! About 30 minute drive to OKC. Will definitely be back!

The manager is a rude, loud obnoxious person that will wake you up in the middle of the night screaming and cursing outside in his tighty whiteys. The fowl language and actions of the manager is not something you want your kids around. When I went to tell him I wanted my money back I was leaving he answered the door in his underwear and not everything was put up. I've never been so offended in my life. ALSO DON'T PAY IN CASH BECAUSE HE WILL SAY YOU DIDN'T PAY. HE POCKETS YOUR MONEY

We had to pay $23 because we brought a kayak, but we didn't even use it. Haven't had to pay a fee to bring a kayak ever before anywhere we have rved. Don't plan on ever coming back because of the fees and the weird water line issue.
